Charlevoix County Circuit Court Judge Richard Pajtas is being sued

NEWS FLASH: CHARLEVOIX COUNTY CIRCUIT JUDGE  RICHARD PAJTAS IS BEING SUED BY VICTIM CLAIMING TAKINGS OF PROPERTY RIGHTS AND ACTUAL DOMICILE AND CHURCH.

" Commissioner Gillespie spoke true to my sentiments when he said “I hope and pray that no one in county or local government has any guilt on their conscience over this matter, but if they do, I hope it weighs on their conscience to their dying day!”

Quote from Chris Faulkner editorial regarding the suicide of Wayne Wynkoop.

This case ( Frost vs. Pajtas )was recently filed in US District Court. I hope that if he appears before Judge Robert Jonker that he will be treated fairly but my own experience with Jonker ,who miserably failed my child, makes me have my doubts.(See The Judges)

Funny that we haven't heard about this in the media. After reading the details of the complaint, several questions come to mind and the following begs to be answered. We are currently researching more information and we will post it as soon as it is verified.

Is the retired  DNR officer ,who is one of the neighbors of Mr. Frost who initiated the complaint against him, being paid back by Pajtas for the DNR excusing Pajtas violating the public trust ?

Pajtas was driving ATV's, tractors and horses trough a stream on Fisherman's Island State Park and mowed a large swath of land and created a substantial private road for himself. The late Wayne Wynkoop caught the judge on trail cam and presented this to the DNR. See articles below.

The timing and the similarities are very suspicious with respect to what happened in the Wayne Wynkoop affair with his neighbor Judge Richard Pajtas and Norwood Township. The Wynkoop matter is referenced in the pleading posted below in Google documents.

Mr Frost wanted Pajtas to recuse himself, but Pajatas refused. Instead, he chose to ruin Mr. Frost's life. After Wayne Wynkoop kiilled himself, one would think that these officials would think twice before repeating the same behavior. It seems to me that they do not have any remorse for what happened in that matter.

The rest of the cast of characters in this theater of justice here in Northern Michigan will soon be disclosed. The corruption up here is notorious. Northern Michigan is the worst in the nation according to some of our sources who have done the research.

The cries from the grave can't be quieted until there is justice. The tears of sorrow can be located in the murky depths of Torture Lake. More to come soon on that story.

Frost vs Pajtas

Charlevoix County should be proud. The ruthless ambitions of some who are entrusted with great power obviously abuse this power to serve their own personal agendas, as well as those of  their cronies.

They should be made to pay back the wasted tax dollars to the citizens and to their victims. The victims of justice often lose everything they possess, including their dignity. These evildoers should be held accountable for ruining countless lives.

Our mission is to expose them one by one. They may think they have fooled everyone, but they have no idea how many concerned citizens  are out there who are tired of watching their families, friend's and neighbors being raped and pillaged in the name of justice, at taxpayer expense.

If not for these officials having access to the taxpayers checkbook, they may contemplate their criminal acts if they had to pay their own legal fees when prosecuted and/or sued.

We plan a boycott of all businesses that sponsor these corrupt officials. Let them support each other. It  is  hard to believe that in spite of the mounting allegations against Charlevoix County Prosecuting Attorney Allen Telgenhof, he refuses to resign.

He should spare his family the disgrace and shame. And  he should also spare the community the expense of a recall petition that I can assure you is coming. Instead, he clings to the government nipple because he couldn't seem to be able to  make it in private practice.

If Telgenhof can't handle his own house or checkbook, why should the citizens of Charlevoix County be expected to trust him with their lives and hard earned money? So much more on this topic in a future posting.

This confirms the latest suit regarding Pajtas.

  1. Sheriff Schneider is being sued in federal court. You need to check that out. Previous prosecutor, Jarema, is being sued by a former employee in federal court and more are getting ready to file.

  2. If you have evidence against the sheriff and Mr.Jarema we will review it and post if proven to be credible. Theses cases have not been decided yet and we will post the results as we receive them.
Mr.Frost's fate has already been decided by Judge Pajtas and that is why we posted the above information. This is verified by documentation on the post.
