What kind of man rapes his own 3 year-old little girl? Admits it, pleads guilty, yet receives no jail time?
Robert H. Richards IV a Du Pont heir, that’s who. He is now being accused of also sexually abusing his toddler son as the ex-wife sues Richards for compensatory and punitive damages for assault, negligence, and intentional and negligent infliction of emotional distress on his two children, according to reports.
In 2008, Richards plead guilty to fourth-degree rape of his 3 year-old daughter, and is still currently on probation but was never sentenced to prison and now details that were never made public at the time are listed in the current lawsuit.
