U.S. Army Sergeant Bowe Bergdahl
has become a household name. From his initial abandonment of his post
in Afghanistan to his eventual release in exchange for five senior
Taliban leaders held at Guantanamo Bay, Bergdahl has received plenty of
news coverage.
Since his release, Bergdahl has returned to active duty. But he now is facing a possible court martial for his desertion and endangerment of his former platoon. Bergdahl could, in fact, spend life in federal prison.
