Billionaire
philanthropist David Rockefeller has undergone successfully his sixth
heart transplant in 42 years at the venerable age of 99 years old.
The heart transplant surgery, which
lasted 6 hours and was done by a team of private surgeons at his
principal residence, on the family estate in Pocantico Hills, New
York, doesn’t seem to have tired the legendary business man known for
his dynamism and cunningness.
His first heart transplant occurred in
1976 after a dramatic car accident led him to suffer a heart attack. He
was operated 24 hours later and up and jogging a week later.
Up until the invasion of Iraq, Vietnam was probably the deadliest example of mass murder in a non-war combat event.
Vietnam was not a war, although it is often labeled as such, because
there were never two contending sides. The only contender was the
American Army. On the other side, there were the Vietnamese people.
In the same way it happened in Iraq after 9/11, the United States
invaded the country to “liberate” its people and “bring democracy” as it
usually says it does. But the story was different, as it usually is.

This is a hearing for a probation violation for a
charge that this poor girl should have never plead guilty to. Her
boyfriend murdered her son. She had no part of it. They said it was
because she had her son around someone with a mental disorder. That is
no where in the law for 3rd degree child abuse. So as you can see, She
did not commit the crime they forced her to plead to. Part of her
probation was to not have contact with anyone under 17. That included
her newborn child. Now they have kidnapped her child and are charging
her with at probation violation for breastfeeding her child in the
hospital. That is the most perfect form of nutrition for a newborn.
Please find it in your heart to come to this hearing and support this
young mother.
Darcie Pickren’s conviction has been set aside, but the bad feelings have not

Darcie
Pickren recently got something she’s wanted for 20 years -- a felony
conviction for attempting to hire someone to beat up her ex-husband was
expunged.
As far as the police and the courts and the
prosecutors are concerned, from now on, the case never happened. Go to
the courthouse and ask to see the case file. They won’t give it to you.
They won’t even acknowledge the file ever existed. The case, by order of
a judge, has been erased from history.
But Pickren is
not content to leave the matter alone. She wants to talk about it at
least one more time. She believes the fact she won the fight to make her
conviction vanish is a vindication.
When the charges
were filed in 1991, she was embroiled in a bitter divorce with her
thenhusband, Mark Fleet. Things got ugly. There were accusations back
and forth.
Amid the turmoil a child accused Mark Fleet of sexual abuse.
But
it was Pickren who stood trial after an undercover police officer
posing as a hit man said Pickren offered to pay him to kill Mark Fleet.
She was convicted of a lessor charge and her children were removed and placed with the estranged husband.
Now, 20 years later, Mark Fleet is in prison, serving a long sentence for criminal sexual conduct.
And Darcie Pickren is free. And her record is clean.

The tragic and preventable death of Anne Avery Miller
The
sun has only barely begun to peek over the horizon but the faint
brightness of the early morning sunrise stirs me in my sleep. I start to
wake and for a brief moment I feel almost normal -- perhaps even happy
-- suspended in a blissful state of ignorance as the sleep begins to
leave my body and my mind wakes and adjusts to its surroundings.
Almost
within the same instant, I am paralyzed, I can't move or breathe, and
an overload of anxiety begins to fill every fiber of my being. Reality
sets in and I am suddenly all too aware that I am under a bridge and
surrounded by cold concrete ringed with the piercing smells of asphalt
and urine.
There were always moments like this, moments where I'd
have to remind myself where I was and who I'd become. My mind seemed to
be going through this process of rejecting its surroundings -- unable to
fully accept the present -- I would constantly find myself lost in
vivid memories of my past as if my psyche was trying to remind me of who
I was, and then within the same breath, I'd feel the harsh pangs of
depression arise as I remembered my reality. I was homeless, forgotten, abandoned, and alone. A product of the Texas foster care system, I had no one.
My
life was reduced to two pairs of cloths, a well-worn backpack, and the
streets. By day, I begged strangers for their change; and by night, I
was turning tricks for a place to stay, a shower, a hot meal, or
whatever resources I could trade my body for.
That was my reality.

Gang members denied reports
that they had teamed up with their rivals to “take out” police officers
in Baltimore – where violence erupted following the funeral of a black
man who died in police custody.
The city’s police department issued a warning
Monday afternoon, shortly after after the funeral of Freddie Gray, that
rival gangs intended to kill “all white police officers.”
“The Criminal Intelligence Unit received credible information that
members of various gangs including the Black Guerilla Family, Bloods,
and Crips have entered into a partnership to ‘take out’ law enforcement
officers,” police said in a statement.
But self-identified gang members, some of whom had been involved in
peaceful protests over the weekend, told local media that no such
agreements had been made.
“We want to tell the people of the city right now, of Baltimore City,
that the image that they’re trying to portray of the gangs in Baltimore
— The BGF, The Bloods, The Crips — we did not make that truce to harm
cops,” one gang member told WBAL-TV.
The absurdity of the Midland Walmart story in which the store had to
be closed because of plumbing issues is amazing. In Midland, the Walmart
is closed and we see a plethora of military activity at the store.
Since when did the military service Walmart plumbing? Yet, there are
some Americans who still believe this cover story.

DailyMail just announced: “FBI and DOJ have admitted forensic examiners from a DNA unit gave flawed evidence at nearly all US criminal trials spanning 20 years."

a lot of trials – and a massive pile of “flawed” evidence. Was that
evidence “flawed” as they claim, or was it manufactured by FBI – from
thin air?
You
may recall this evidence found at Adam Lanza’s house in Newtown CT.
After boogeyman Adam “murdered” his mother and 26 others, what did
Police find in Adam Lanza's basement? A gun-range target, stamped "FBI
USE."
But
don’t ask to see FBI’s Sandy Hook report – it’s classified. Is that
because Sandy Hook evidence was planted – and in many cases, imaginary?
And what other evidence is FBI faking? DHS recently announced that FBI is staging fake shootings inside shopping malls:

made me wonder – did they bring cameras, to stage the upcoming ISIS
“shopping mall attacks?” With all this fake evidence popping up at
major crime scenes, it’s a fair question. Maybe FBI is using shopping
malls as “movie sets” the way Sandy Hook Elementary and Boylston Street
(Boston Hoaxathon) were used as film sets.
During the Boston Hoaxathon “bombing,” FBI knew exactly who the Tsarnaev brothers were
– monitoring their progress as they approached the Marathon. Yet FBI
called a press conference, announcing they needed “the public’s help to
identify the two suspects” in baseball caps. Suspect 1 and Suspect 2
(the Tsarnaev brothers) turn out to be possible Crisis Actors working in
concert with the US Government. Remember, they were in contact with FBI
for as long as 5 years prior to the bombing.
FBI even told the public to ignore any images NOT supplied by FBI:“For
clarity, these [TSARNAEV] images should be the only ones – I emphasize,
the only ones – that the public should view to assist us.” In
other words, looking at more footage might complicate FBI’s task of
terrorizing the public with fake bombings and dismembered limbs.
The
Tsarnaev family claims “that the bombing was part of a U.S. government
conspiracy intended to test the American public’s reaction to a
terrorist threat and the imposition of martial law in a U.S. city. “This was all fabricated by the American special services,” Hussein Tsarnaev, the convicted bomber’s uncle, tells TIME.”
Oddly,
in the flurry of “tourniquets” and heroes performing triage, nobody
bothers with Jeff Bauman, who’s just had both legs blown off. Everyone
tends to other vicSIMS while avoiding Jeff – until photographers are

Tsarnaev’s
lawyer, Judy Clarke, might be the key to hoax attacks and show trials.
In addition to Tsarnaev, Judy Clarke has represented such criminals
(false-flag royalty?) as Theodore Kaczynski, Susan Smith, Zacarias

But

promptly lost interest in the OKC “Middle Eastern looking” John Doe #2 –
and focused on blaming the “angry white guy,” Timothy McVeigh. Was
John Doe #2 a Crisis Actor working for USGOV, a real terrorist lured
into the Event, or some type of informant under FBI direction?
Sandy Hoax GOALS: Ban AR-15 rifles. End Home Schooling. Impose Federal top-down control
of Public Schools by installing video surveillance in every classroom –
for “safety.” Video surveillance can be used to threaten teachers and
“remedy” teaching that is non-Common-Core. New “mental health screening”
will diagnose children EARLY and prescribe SSRI drugs – preventing
students from ever owning a gun.

GOALS: Federal top-down control of local police departments by
mandating “body cameras” for all police officers. This establishes a
comprehensive video record of every on-duty moment in each policeman’s
life, which can be used to blackmail him into obeying the wishes of Al
Sharpton’s bosses. NSA’s Utah facility could store the video until
Feinstein, Schumer, or Soebarkah’s handlers deem it useful.
The
result? A centrally-controlled “national police force” analogous to
Hitler’s “SS.” The Federal Government already controls its own domestic
paramilitary force (DHS), created “in response to” the poorly scripted
9/11 WTC attacks. But there’s still the pesky problem of local police in
every municipality – foiling the Regime’s plans for local hoaxes and
staged Events. After all, the Big Lie cannot be maintained unless all
leaks are plugged. Federal control of local police departments would
plug this leak.
Boston
Hoaxathon GOALS: FBI rank-and-file may have believed they were running
a sting operation – to bust teams of Arabs lured to the Marathon
thinking they carried real bombs. The larger goals, however, were (i)
Terrorizing the American public, (ii) Locking down Boston for 3 days,
and (iii) Conditioning Americans to accept door-to-door home searches by
soldiers in military vehicles. Boston was US Government terrorism – and

So What’s Next?
When
a corrupt organization is in danger of getting exposed, they pick ONE
liar amongst them, and tisk-tisk that "bad man" for lying. Examples are

Amy Pascal, Co-Chairperson of Sony Pictures Entertainment from 2006
until 2015, was signed up to regular email updates on the security
situation in Israel, from a right-wing pressure group called The Israel
Project. The group was described by Jewish Daily Forward
in 2010 as a Zionist group which, "Stokes Fear of Islam for Political
Profit." The Israel Project has been admonished by the more liberal

Few public policy debates are as tired as the one about government’s role in shaping people's diet. Propose a soda tax and suddenly you’re knee-deep in clichés about the nanny state, the power of advertising, and the meaning of personal choice.
I’ve found a way to make that discussion interesting again: Replace “people” with “bees.”
Stay with me. There is a robust body of laboratory research showing
that neonicotinoids, a popular class of insecticides that become
integrated into the fibers of corn and other plants, are bad for bees.
Eating neonicotinoid-laced nectar makes bees slow, disoriented, and bad

When Freddie Gray
briefly locked eyes with police at 8:39 a.m. on a corner of an
impoverished West Baltimore neighborhood two weeks ago, they seemed to
recognize each other immediately. As three officers approached on
bicycles along West North Avenue, the 25-year-old Gray was on the east
corner of North Mount Street chatting with a friend, according to Shawn
Washington, who frequents the block.
"Ay, yo, here comes Time Out," a young man on the opposite corner yelled, using a neighborhood term for police.
Gray
swore, taking off on foot as the officers began hot-stepping on their
pedals to catch up. One officer jumped off his bike to chase Gray on
foot, police said.
"That was the last time I seen that man moving," said Washington, 48.

Albuquerque, NM — One of Albuquerque’s
finest was arrested Friday afternoon after he was caught turning his
body camera off to beat a man during a service call.
Officer Cedric Greer, 24, was arrested by New Mexico State Police
after video evidence showed him turn his lapel cam off just before
beating a man, then turning it back on afterward. According to the
report, the video shows his finger reaching for the camera to turn it
off.
Witnesses to the assault say that Greer acted without being provoked
and that the victim complied with all orders both before and after the

Leon Lee’s film Human Harvestseems to be blowing the lid on forced organ harvesting in China.
Last night the Vancouver-based filmmaker won the highly regarded Peabody Award for his documentary film Human Harvest: China’s Illegal Organ Trade. Human Harvest (also known as Davids and Goliath)
was 8 years in the making, and has been doing the rounds at festivals,
picking up first place prizes along the way. Last night’s award was one
to top them all, as many already know the Peabody Award is something to
cherish.
As Stephen Colbert put it, a Peabody is “like an Oscar wrapped in an Emmy inside a Pulitzer.”
The Peabody Awards put a spotlight on how electronic media can teach,
expand our horizons, defend public interest, or encourage empathy with
others. They recognize when storytelling is done well in electronic
