This is a hearing for a probation violation for a charge that this poor girl should have never plead guilty to. Her boyfriend murdered her son. She had no part of it. They said it was because she had her son around someone with a mental disorder. That is no where in the law for 3rd degree child abuse. So as you can see, She did not commit the crime they forced her to plead to. Part of her probation was to not have contact with anyone under 17. That included her newborn child. Now they have kidnapped her child and are charging her with at probation violation for breastfeeding her child in the hospital. That is the most perfect form of nutrition for a newborn. Please find it in your heart to come to this hearing and support this young mother.
