Explosive new video shows Freddie Gray 'shackled' on the ground outside police van up to 30 minutes BEFORE officers called ambulance for his fatal severed spine injury

• Video shows Freddie Gray, 25, during stop between when he was arrested and when he was taken to the hospital where he died
• Baltimore officers said that he had been 'irate' in back of police van, though video only shows him on his hands and knees, not visibly agitated 
• Gray believed to have suffered severed spine during his arrest 
• Justice Department has opened civil rights investigation into the death
• Six officers were suspended:  Lt. Brian Rice, Sgt. Alicia White, Officers Caesar Goodson, William Porter and Edward Nero and Garrett Miller
• Hundreds of protesters swarmed the streets at the site of Gray's arrest and then marched to police department
