- Follows questions yesterday about how many other officers helpped Slager cover up the shooting of Walter Scott
- Initially accused of resisting the officers, Givens was later released without charge
- He filed a complaint with the police department in North Charleston, SC
- Slager was investigated by his own department but was exonerated
