The Traumatic States of America

Due to the actions of a madman here in Oregon who in 2012 shot people in a shopping mall, there is now a push for gun registration for private sales between individuals. Incidentally, this would not have stopped the above-noted occurrence as the gun used in the mall shooting was stolen.
But this article is not about the incremental gun control agenda. The part that I found most interesting is that this attempted policy change is being pushed by the relatives of the victims of the shooting. In other words, we have people with probable PTSD having a direct effect upon changing our laws.
This is nothing new here in this country. After the events of 9/11, we became a traumatized nation. Due to this, the masses stood idly by or even encouraged the advent of such policies as the Patriot Act and the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) which stripped our basic Bill of Rights at its core.
Ironically, the country most responsible for all of this from their complicity in 9/11 to establishing our foreign policy used to destroy their enemies is made up of possibly the most fear-based people in history—those residing in the State of Israel. Here we have a country that was handed over to the Jewish people by the globalist organization known as the United Nations based entirely upon the alleged trauma inflicted upon them. Not only that, but they were actually given a country that had absolutely nothing to do with their source of trauma known as the Holocaust. They are now committing yet another Holocaust upon the Palestinians.
