Chicago cop fired for posing with rifles in photo of black suspect dressed as a deer
One of the two officers, Timothy McDermott, was fired last year and a judge ordered the photo be unsealed by Chicago PD
The
other officer in the photo is Jerome Finnigan, who's now in prison for
his role in a crime scandal that rocked the CPD in 2011
McDermott
is appealing his termination and his attorney cites 'strong evidence'
the still-unidentified suspect was a willing participant
