Brutal pictures of abuse withheld by judge that could have proved mother-of-two shot her estranged husband dead in fear of her life and did not murder him
Tracey Grissom, 32, shot dead ex-husband Hunter Grissom in Alabama in 2012 because she says she 'feared for her life'
The mother-of-two claims he raped her and was abusive even after their divorce in 2010
Gruesome photos of the abuse were not included in evidence at her trial
One juror later saw the images and said it would have changed her mind
Grissom was convicted of murder and sentenced to 25 years in prison
She features on Saturday night's 48 Hours crime show on CBS and maintains her innocence saying she is not 'a murderer'
