Judge 'sexually harassed court clerk for five years - often wearing his judicial robe'... and 'she has a dress stained with bodily fluid to prove it'
Martha Kibler, a 22-year court employee, 'was abused for five years'
She claims Judge Russ Casey forced her to perform oral sex and sex
He 'threatened her job on a daily basis and wore his robe during sex acts'
Despite reporting him to HR Kibler was told 'nothing could be done'
She has filed a case against him including 'dress stained with his semen'
