THIS IS HOW YOU OPEN YOUR DOOR TO CPS!

With CPS overstepping their boundaries around the country, a video uploaded to the web shows the best way to answer the door when they come knocking.
The woman in the video answers the door with a camera in hand and a written statement, which catches the two CPS workers completely off guard.
“I am video taping and I also have to say that the Fourth Amendment states the right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers and effects against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the person or things to be seized.
My Fourth Amendment rights allow me to not give you access to my home without a warrant and I am not allowing you in at my own free will. You have threatened me to give you access to my home and in order to do what is best for my children, I am opening my doors under duress.”
After a moment of silence, the female CPS worker replies, “All we need to do is see where the children sleep. That’s all I need to see.” The woman responds, “I understand that.”

At this point, the two workers are completely baffled. The male CPS worker finally breaks the silence by flailing his arms around and saying, “So you’re saying you’re doing it under duress. So it’s like, we don’t want to make you under duress.”
