Heartwarming moment state trooper sits and eats lunch with homeless mother-of-four on the side of the road after picking up two meals from nearby restaurant when he spotted her

Luke Bonin from Massachusetts State Police was driving back from court

He then saw mother of four Lynn Murphy on the side of the road 

Initially he drove past, but then picked up some food and turned around 

Murphy was scared he was going to give her a citation for panhandling 

Instead Bonin took out two meals and asked her which she wanted 

Then he said they should have a picnic as it was such a nice day outside
