Judge
says motion was filed improperly
CHARLEVOIX
— A judge ordered the Grand Traverse Prosecutor's office to pay
$1,000 to an attorney who represents former 13th Circuit Court
referee Dennis Mikko.
Charlevoix Circuit Judge Richard Pajtas said Al Schneider's office improperly filed a motion to reinstate two charges against Mikko. Pajtas granted defense attorney Craig Elhart the money to compensate for his work in responding to the motion.
Pajtas excused the perverted pedophile behavior of Mikko and let him off the hook for some reason. They were just saying that they were going to reinstate the charges to make it look like they were actually doing their job. Then as time passes, the good citizens forget all about it. It is sickening to the normal thinking person. See link below for details of the abominable behavior and violation of the public trust.
