Tips from a reader - Attorney to appear for drug possession sentencing

BELLAIRE — An Antrim County lawyer who handled court-appointed work will find himself on the other end of the judicial process.
Ross Hickman, 63, is scheduled to appear in 86th District Court on Monday for sentencing on a marijuana possession conviction. Court Administrator Carol Stocking said all three district judges excused themselves from the case.
Readers of The Pretty Lie wonders why there is so little media coverage about this matter. We also would like to know if he is going to be doing daily PBT's and drug testing, which is what normally happens to the average Joe Citizen.

An officer of the court has expressed concern that this matter may be treated with kid gloves. We are exploring this and we would appreciate input and tips from our readers.
 The plot thickens.....
