In seeking help (state assistance) through Michigan DHS, DHS/CPS turned
it's attention to taking Dani's children as opposed to helping her
through this difficult time when the state learned that Dani's youngest
child was autistic and that Dani could not work outside of the home due
to the intensive medical needs for her son Michael.
Completely destitute, Dani was dragged into court (via a phone call) without any notice of the proceedings that CPS/DHS had initiated against her that were aimed at taking her three children from her.
Dani's children were abducted by CPS prior to a court hearing on a petition requesting a court order to take her children that was ultimately denied but the state already had her three children and kept her three children while pretending that it (CPS/DHS & the Prosecution) had done everything correctly.
Dani had never spent a single night apart from her children and this kidnapping has now kept them apart for 203 days as of the last court hearing on February 10, 2015. Dani's children are now being poisoned against their mother and refuse to see her on their scheduled visitations. The children are being told that they have a horrible mother and that she is making up these criminal allegations against the state.
Dani has done everything requested by the hostage takers. She has gone to counseling etc and the prospects of being reunited with her children has gotten dimmer with each passing day.
Since Dani's allegations have been made public, the state has increased it attacks upon her exponentially. First by taking away visitation all together and then by returning limited visitation (twice a week) while supervised by the same criminals that took her children initially.
Dani has somehow managed to keep her faith during all of this even though the transmission in her 96 Tahoe has gone out, she has been walking 14 miles round trip in effort to see her children that she loves so dearly even though they claim that they do not want to see her.
SInce Dani's allegations of kidnapping were made public, all three children have been returned to the father whom Dani and her children were leaving initially due to neglect etc.
In addition to losing her children, Dani has lost the most important job in the world to her, the caretaking of her children.
The "system" has been insisting that Dani get a job so that she can now pay child support. She is being charged child support for the time the children were being held hostage by the state and is now being required to pay support to the father who left his wife and three children penniless and homeless at the start of this mess.
