Well, he didn't technically run him over, and the kid wasn't hurt too bad, but still! Imagine if a regular person had done this instead of a caged gerbil shooter? Just take off like that after pushing the kid? How many years? And this douche bag just gets off scott free? How about making this viral? Also, remind me to carry a pen and paper on myself at all times so I can get a car number and licence number. (Actually I do generally carry said pen and paper, and if a shooter of caged gerbils ever stops me, the first thing I will ask is for name and badge number.)
