Update: Torture Lake

I spoke with the victim of the upcoming story aptly called Torture Lake and he asked me to pass on some thoughts from him. He wanted me to let our readers know that we have been busy behind the scenes and we are currently working on the first chapter.

Most of our readers are probably familiar with or have experienced evil for themselves. It exists in the form of human monsters. Just watch the news and you will see that evil is the new normal. Those of us involved with this blog project have all been victimized by government entities, both local and federal, and have finally figured out that the only day in court we will ever get in this lifetime is in the court of public opinion.

Our victimizers seemed so proud of themselves as they slowly murdered our lives as we knew them. Each time you suffer a loss, part of you dies and you are never the same. We have decided that we are no longer victims, but survivors. We want to offer hope to those who are still suffering at the hands of the evildoers of the world.

We have suffered the loss of Wayne Wynkoop - who took his own life almost three years ago ,and last week  we lost Trish Kraus - who hung herself. Both got tired of being strung along, lied to, impoverished and made to feel like they were nobodies. We have all felt those same things and we have also endured the indignities of being treated like second class citizens by those employed by our government. Absolute power corrupts absolutely.

Each day we need to ask ourselves Who are we now? Who does God want us to be? And who will we ultimately become? We have to band together and help those less fortunate than ourselves. There is always someone suffering and you won't have to look far to find them. Love your neighbor. And whatever you do, don't let evil rob you of your life's experience and joy. We are here to offer support and we want to help anyone who is currently being victimized by the corrupt system. We don't want to lose anyone else.

We have found hope in God's promise to wipe all of our tears away and also to restore all things of goodness. These are words that inspire us and we hope that they will also inspire you. But not for these assurances, we may have all given up.

We all know that the battle between good and evil is very evident in the walk along life's highway and we encourage other victims to grasp and cling to this lifeline and overcome victimization with survivorship. In doing so you may save yourself and others from the clutches of evil that exists under the guise of justice. Remember too, that all we hold in the end in our cold empty hands is what we have given away in our lifetimes.

Soon the story Torture Lake will be posted. In the meantime we will pray for the victimizers and the victims that God's healing powers and righteousness will embrace them.
