From The Pretty Lie's FOIA Request Regarding Charlevoix County Prosecutor/ Baseball Coach Allen Telgenhof - Char Em School District
I was going through some of the documents that I received from a FOIA request to Char- Em and came across this interesting email.
It is from Charlevoix County Prosecutor Allen Telgenhof and he writes about trading legal favors for his baseball printing.
Is anyone required to pay taxes on these favors? I wonder what the tax laws are.
It appears to me that he nearly got the school district involved with litigation over some shirts that weren't paid for. (I called the county clerk but she couldn't find any documents about a lawsuit)
He actually asked the school district to "front" him the money.
Please note all of the names of people who know about this. What have they done in their official capacity about this situation?
I don't feel that Mr. Telgenhof is a good role model or mentor for the children he coaches.
