Latin American High Weirdness: The Cults Part I
Since the end of the second World War Latin America has become something
of a playground for the Cryptocracy. Cults, medical experiments, UFOs,
drugs, Nazi war criminals, and the like have been in abundance in this
region of the world in an especially bizarre fashion for over a half
century. The isolation of many parts of Latin America coupled with its
close proximity to the United States are a big reason for this. I also
suspect that its potent mixture of religious practices make it an
especially fertile region for PSYOPs.
The 'New World', being in relative isolation from the Old, maintained
some very ancient religions practices up to the time of the arrival of
the Spanish. Even then ancient native American rituals, such as those
involving entheogens, continued to be practiced amongst isolated tribes
up to modern times. Into this stew was then added African folk
traditions courtesy of the trans-Atlantic slave trade in addition to
Catholic mysticism and European occultism. Some nations are even more
diverse - Brazil features the largest Japanese population outside of
Japan, for instance. Naturally, their religious practices followed.

Elderly couple fined $80K, raided by police because of pallets in their yard
STETTIN, WI — An elderly couple was traumatized when two dozen sheriff’s deputies swarmed their rural home, prepared to confiscate their property because of zoning ordinance violations.
The outrageous raid took place at the 20-acre property of Roger and Marjorie Hoeppner, who live in a wooded area on Highway 29 in the tiny town of Stettin, Wisconsin. The October raid was the culmination of years of harassment from the town against the couple, which Mr. Hoeppner believes is a “vendetta” against him.
It all stems from the town of Stettin — population 2,554 — making forcible demands to property owners about the appearance of their private land. The town, including Town Chairman Matt Wasmundt, took a particular interest in the Hoeppners’ property, which contains tractors, stacks of pallets, and other property belonging to the couple.
Mr. Hoeppner runs a business in which he repairs both tractors and broken pallets. Aside from interfering with his income, Hoeppner objects on the belief that he was being singled out, as he believes many other residents fall afoul of the same ordinances.
The six-year legal fight is summarized by the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel:
In 2008, the town sued Hoeppner over claimed violations of ordinances about zoning, signs, rubbish and vehicles. About a year later, the two sides settled; Hoeppner was supposed to clean up his property, and the town was supposed to open discussions about its zoning.
The town felt Hoeppner had not complied, and it brought a motion for contempt and enforcement. In September 2010, a judge ordered Hoeppner to remove certain items from his land.
The following May, the judge found Hoeppner had still not complied and authorized the town to seize assets. In the summer of 2011, the town hauled away several tractors, pallets, equipment and other items and auctioned them off for “pennies on the dollar,” according to Lister.
But the dispute wasn’t over. In April 2013, the judge entered a final judgment that imposed a $500-a-day fine against Hoeppner for not adhering to the original May 2011 order, and granting the town’s legal fees.
Hoeppner appealed, but lost in a March ruling. So by Oct. 2, he owed the town about $80,000, according to court records, and the Town of Stettin obtained a writ of execution to collect — without notice to Hoeppner or his attorneys, they say.

Scientists Discover Huge ‘Bathtub Ring’ Of Oil On Sea Floor From BP Spill
CREDIT: AP Photo/NOAA and Woods Hole Oceanographic Institute
Scientists have discovered yet another unforeseen effect of BP’s historic oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico: a 1,235-square-mile “bathub ring” of oil on the deep ocean’s floor.Study author David Valentine told the Associated Press that tests to determine the oil’s chemical signature were not performed because the oil has degraded in the four and a half years since the spill occurred, but also said it’s obvious where the oil is from, since it settled directly around the site of the damaged rig. BP disputes the claim, telling Fuel Fix that the researchers need to chemically identify the source of the oil before they can credibly blame the company.
Still, the research serves to try and answer some of the lingering questions from the 2010 oil spill, the largest in U.S. history. One of those questions is where all the oil went — approximately 2 million barrels were never found — and another is how the spill impacted the health of the deep sea. In July, a scientist who led a study on the impacts of the BP spill and found a wider range of impact on the deep sea than previously believed, told ThinkProgress that he was worried about how much we don’t yet know.
“What we still don’t know, and what we need to all keep in mind, is that there’s the potential for sub-acute impact,” Penn State University’s Charles Fisher said at the time. “In other words, things that might have happened to corals’ reproductive system — slower acting cancers, changes in the fitness of the animal. These are very hard to detect and they’ll take a long time for us to see whats going on.”
BP has maintained that most of the unrecovered light sweet crude oil dissolved or evaporated before it reached land, and that it didn’t settle on the ocean floor. Indeed, just last week, Politico published an article written by BP senior vice president of communications Geoff Morrell titled “No, BP Didn’t Ruin The Gulf.” The article argued that the Gulf of Mexico has “inherent resilience” when it comes to oil spills and that environmentalists are overreacting about its impacts.

The Untouchables
Anne Stanton - September 7th, 2006
There’s a saying that the “best revenge is
success.” It’s likely the philosophy of John Jarema who rode an
extremely bumpy road to the seat of prosecutor for Charlevoix County.
But now that he’s there, he has wasted no time tackling some extremely
tough cases in Northern Michigan.
And he’s winning. Jarema, who has the good looks of a Kennedy, isn’t afraid of hard work and gets visibly excited talking about the cases he scored. The first year in office, he handled the trial of David Goldstick, who shot the elderly leader of the Charlevoix VFW post. The jury delivered a verdict in 49 minutes flat for first-degree, premeditated murder.
Crime is the natural province of a prosecutor, but Jarema (pronounced Jareema) and his staff have tackled cases involving mind-bending finances. In the recent investigation of China One restaurants, for example, he decided on a rarely-used Michigan racketeering law to pursue this case of tax evasion over four counties and involving hundreds of thousands of dollars and virtual slavery of employees.
Jarema gives credits to Chief Assistant Prosecutor Shaynee Fanara and Assistant Prosecutor Mark Muniak, who are not afraid to take on complicated cases.
“I put the time into cases like I would expect if I were the victim,” said Jarema, who worked construction and summers as a busboy/host at Boyne Mountain to put himself through college.
Sheriff George Lasatar said that Jarema, like most public officials, is as good as the people he surrounds himself with -- and his staff is excellent. “I feel Shaynee, on a scale of one to 10, is a 10 plus. And Mark is solid, with down-to earth common sense.”
TOUGH ROAD
Jarema almost didn’t get to this position of power. His problems with former prosecutor Mary Beth Kur are legendary. He signed on as her assistant prosecutor in 1995 and became her chief assistant prosecutor in 1999. But over time, he questioned her work ethic. He felt that many of those in her office weren’t working full days and began recording the offending employees’ actual hours. She confiscated his notes just before firing him in February of 2002. She defended the move, saying that his attacks on her were destroying the morale of the office,
He filed a whistleblower’s lawsuit against the county, which resulted in a judgment before the case went to trial. The county agreed to a stipulated judgment against itself and a $50,000 payment to Jarema. Kur said she didn’t support the decision to settle, which she said was pushed by the county’s insurance company.
Vindicated, Jarema decided to run against Kur for the position of prosecutor in 2004. He narrowly won the primary in August, and had no real contest against a Green party candidate in the November election.
Kur, knowing that Jarema would replace her, left him a good-bye gift. Her budget for the next year proposed a $63,000 salary, about $20,000 less than what she was earning. She also proposed big reductions for his support staff: $40,000 for the position of chief assistant prosecutor, down from $56,100, and $32,000 for the assistant prosecutors’ salaries, an $8,000 cut.
Five of the six commissioners, who openly endorsed and campaigned for Kur, approved the $63,000 salary. Fortunately, Jarema and his supporters persuaded the commissioners to raise his salary to $74,000.
“Sour grapes would describe the situation and I am still digging out of the hole. It was a mess,” he said, referring to other problems with a notebook computer and missing legal books. “On a side note, three of the six commissioners were just defeated so I will have a new board to work with. It should be better.”
And it has been better, with Jarema and his staff focusing on some pretty tough cases. Here are a few of his team’s greatest hits:

FALSE KUR CLAIM RE: UNEMPLOYMENT TAX LIENS: ROY C. HAYES FOR JUDGE - FACEBOOK
Ms. Kur claims in recent campaign advertisements that Roy C. Hayes had "3 current tax liens filed in past 4 months for unpaid 2013 State of Michigan payroll taxes."
This claim was FALSE.
Ms. Kur wants to be a circuit court judge, but she seems to have difficulty with the legal concept of a "corporate entity." According to Black's Law Dictionary, a corporation has a "distinct status which sets its existence about from the status of its shareholders." A corporation has the "capacity to have a name of its own, to sue and be sued in its own name as well as the right to buy, sell, lease and mortgage its property in its own name."
The State of Michigan filed three liens in error against a corporation (Hayes, Turkelson & Groat, P.C.) in June and August 2014 - not against Roy C. Hayes. That corporation had been out of business since December of 2012 and had timely paid all unemployment taxes due through the end of that year. The corporation had timely filed a notice of discontinuation of business with the State. The corporation did not owe any unemployment taxes in 2013 or 2014 and did not pay any unemployment taxes late. Roy C. Hayes has timely paid his unemployment taxes to the State of Michigan throughout 2013 and 2014.
The State of Michigan discovered their error in September 2014 and discharged the erroneous tax liens which had been filed against the corporation. The liens had been discharged by the State before Ms. Kur ran her false campaign advertisements.
Ms. Kur knew that Roy C. Hayes was no longer associated with Hayes, Turkleson and Groat, P.C., because she has received countless letters and legal pleadings from two new legal entities throughout 2013 and 2014, The Hayes Law Firm, PLLC and The Turkelson Law Firm, PLLC.
The State of Michigan did not notify Roy C. Hayes that erroneous unemployment tax liens had filed against the corporation, because he is an individual and has no current relationship with the corporation.

QUOTE FROM KUR - PETOSKEY NEWS REVIEW 2/8/2014
“Our current judge, Richard M. Pajtas, has established and maintained extremely high standards in the operation of our court during his tenure,” Kur said. “I would be honored to follow him and feel confident in my abilities to maintain those high standards. I have worked with and have great respect for several other people I know who are interested in this position. Our campaign will focus on those qualities we feel make me the best person for this very important job. Speaking for everyone involved in my campaign, I can safely say that we, along with most of the people we know, have grown very weary of any sort of personal attacks and negative, hurtful attempts to win elections at all levels.”

Robert W Christoph Jr It's unfortunate that Ms. Kur has sunk down to this new low. Joe Hayes is a first class citizen and an even more amazing father/Husband. There is no place for Ms Kur and her dirty politics in this race! It's clear who the judge needs to be for the future of the county and there is only one choice Joe Hayes!!
Travis Groat Karl Balch it actually wasn't a settlement it was a jury verdict, which means the jury (made up of registered voters of Charlevoix County) found Mary Beth liable to the former employees noted in the article you posted. Is that who we want as Circuit court judge? I think not. Vote for Hayes!

Al Aown I
was the foreman on the jury that heard the workplace intimidation
charges and it was creepy how dishonest she and some of her croonies
were. If you love Charlevoix county and believe in honesty and treating
people fairly - please DO NOT VOTE FOR MARY BETH KUR. VOTE FOR
HAYES!!!
Karl Balch If
the voters are duped by Mary Beth's slanderous ads, and vote for her,
they are going to get more of the same corruption as when she was
prosecutor! FACT- she cost the taxpayers of CHX county well over a
million dollars (an award to former employees Jackie Rozema and Sandra
Ward) because of her attitude toward these employees- creating an unfit
work environment, causing the county to be liable for two employee
intimidation harassment law suits by her actions as department head.
FACT- She applied for the 90th District judgeship whe Richard May
retired- only to be deemed unqualified by the Michigan Attorney General
Bill Schutte! What makes her think she is qualified to be a Circuit
judge? I have two very close family members that worked for the county
during her "reign" as prosecutor- neither of which will be voting for
her if that tells you anything!

Verdict: $1.1M
Jury finds in favor of whistleblowers
By KEITH MATHENY
Record-Eagle staff writer
CHARLEVOIX - A jury awarded $1.1 million in lost wages and punitive damages to two former county employees who said then-county prosecutor Mary Beth Kur created a hostile work environment for them.
"It sends a huge message to Charlevoix County employees and to Charlevoix County, that elected officials should be held accountable for how they treat people," said former victims assistance coordinator Sandra Ward, who won the judgment along with former prosecutor's office manager Jacqueline Rozema.
Kur and Charlevoix County were defendants in the seven-day jury trial, which concluded Thursday.
Ward and Rozema alleged Kur "retaliated" against them after they gave deposition testimony in a whistleblower's lawsuit filed against Kur and the county by former chief deputy prosecutor John Jarema. Both Ward and Rozema left their jobs in early 2003, citing stress-related medical reasons.
"There was an intolerable work environment," Ward said. "There was harassment, intimidation and retaliation."
The lawsuit also alleged county commissioners admitted the working situation in the prosecutor's office was intolerable, but took no action to remedy it.
Kur said she was "very surprised and very disappointed" by the jury's verdict. Kur and the county's attorney, Dennis Taylor of Traverse City, said he "definitely will be pursuing post-judgment remedies," declining further elaboration.
The attorney representing Ward and Rozema, Grant Parsons of Traverse City, said he could "almost guarantee" the jury's verdict will stand.
Parsons said the jury saw witness after witness for Kur and the county "misstating facts and not trying to get to the truth."
"Kur warned the county to stay out of the way - 'These people serve at my pleasure, now butt out,'" Parsons said. "If this doesn't send a message to counties that they are responsible for what goes on with their employees, I'd be flabbergasted."
Kur fired Jarema as chief deputy prosecutor in February 2002 after he alleged other attorneys in Kur's office were being paid for hours they weren't working. Kur denied the allegation, saying Jarema was fired for disloyalty and divisiveness.
Jarema filed a whistleblower's lawsuit against Kur and the county, and ultimately received a stipulated judgment for $50,000. Jarema is now the county's prosecutor; he defeated Kur in the August 2004 Republican primary and Green Party candidate Ellis Boal last November.
"For two years I felt terrible, because I could see how it affected (Ward and Rozema) for giving truthful testimony in my case," Jarema said. "What is sad is, the residents of Charlevoix County are missing two highly qualified and dedicated workers."

America Secretly Recruited Thousands Of Nazis As Cold War "Assets"
It
is a known fact, although relatively few know, that the CIA brought
Nazi scientists into the U.S. military after WWII. If we understand the
depths of the Nazi's depravity it should send a cold chill up our
collective spine- not only of them being brought into military bases and
given top security clearance, but also the whole idea of America's
"moral clarity" since WWII should also be called into question.
At least some of the Nazi's worked on, interestingly enough, biological warfare and vaccines. Sound familiar?
"Operation
Paperclip" changed our military and in doing so changed America, and we
still are reeling and is some ways being guided by the effects to this
day. -W.E.
ZeroHedge
Winston Churchill once said that "You can always count on Americans
to do the right thing - after they've tried everything else."
By
'everything else' apparently he also meant hiring thousands of Nazis as Cold War spies and informants and, according to the NYT, "as recently as the 1990s, concealing the government’s ties to some still living in America."
Because remember when merely associating with Nazi war criminals was
enough to get you thrown out of polite society in perpetuity and likely
thrown in a US prison, or worse? Well, when the one doing the
association is that creature of utmost "fluidity" when it comes to
matters of morality, the US government, apparently preaching moral
superiority while invading and targeting for extermination world
"dictators" whose only crime is being "evil" according to the US
government's pristine moral compass, then everything is forgiven. But
before the truth is revealed there will be years of denying,
misrepresenting the facts, and outright lying.

CDC whistleblower: “Oh my God…what we did”
by Jon Rappoport
October 25, 2014
NoMoreFakeNews.com
On October 14, Brian Hooker and Andrew Wakefield sent an official and detailed complaint to the CDC and the US Dept. of Health and Human Services.
The devastating and explosive complaint concerns scientific misconduct in a now-infamous 2004 CDC study, which gave the MMR vaccine a free pass and concluded the vaccine had no connection to autism.
CDC whistleblower William Thompson was a co-author on that study, and on August 27 he admitted he and his co-authors committed fraud and covered up the vaccine-autism connection.
(The full 34-page complaint can also be accessed via Age of Autism, here)
The complaint references a 5/24/14 phone call between whistleblower Thompson and Brian Hooker. The call was recorded.
Thompson references one aspect of the fraud, a group of children with “isolated autism,” who were at higher risk of developing autism after receiving the MMR vaccine—the true data on these children were intentionally omitted from the study. Thompson says to Hooker:
“…the effect [autism] is where you would think it would happen. It is with the kids without other conditions [“isolated autism”]…I’m just looking at this and I’m like ‘Oh my God….I cannot believe we did what we did…but we did [bury the data on these children]…It’s all there…It’s all there. I have handwritten notes.’”
Concerning the overall fraud he committed in the 2004 study, Thompson states, in another phone conversation with Brian Hooker, “I have a boss who’s asking me to lie…Higher ups wanted to do certain things and I went along with it. In terms of command, I was 4 out of 5.”
Thompson named several of those higher ups. They were his co-authors on the 2004 study: Coleen Boyle, Marshalyn Yeargin-Allsop, and Frank Destefano.
In other words, those co-authors were among those who wanted Thompson to commit fraud.

Virginia: Police Block Highway for Strange Truck Convoy That Goes On for Miles and Miles - Vid
Anyone live in Virgina and see this??
I've worked at venues that had truck deliveries before. Never have I
seen them co-ordinate the trucks to drive in a convoy and never have I
seen them being escorted by cops.. Each company delivered on their own.

Hospital errors lead to "dead" patient opening eyes during organ harvesting
A Syracuse, N.Y. hospital is facing $22,000 in fines due to improper
handling of patients, including one "dead" patient who opened her eyes
as doctors were about to remove her organs.
The Syracuse Post-Standard reported that the New York State Health Department found St. Joseph's Hospital Health Center negligent in the case, and admonished the hospital for not adequately looking into how this mistake was made.
Patient Colleen S. Burns was reportedly admitted into St. Joseph's emergency department in 2009 after overdosing on Xanax, Benadryl and a muscle relaxant. Hospital notes obtained by the Post-Standard revealed that the doctors thought she had undergone "cardiac death." After doctors consulted with the family, they agreed to withdraw life support and donate her organs.
What actually happened was that Burns was in a deep coma from her overdose, and did not have irreversible brain damage.
The Health Department discovered that the staff did not perform a recommended treatment to stop the drugs from being absorbed into her stomach and intestines, did not test to see if she was free of all drugs and did not complete enough brain scans. They also did not wait long enough before recommending the patient was taken off life support.
In addition, her doctors did not pay attention to a nurse's notes which stated that Burns was not brain dead and in fact was getting better. A nurse performing a routine reflex test had discovered that Burns' toes had curled downward after the bottom of her foot was touched.

NOTEWORTHY LINKS FROM THE PRETTY LIE
In anticipation of personal attacks against me, I saved people the trouble of investigating me and put my story out there, dysfunction and all. Not only do I document my life's story, I have been documenting corruption in our Northern Michigan Courts and Child Protective Services child trafficking trough our family courts SINCE 1999.

Antrim County Probate Court sent my 11 year old son to Havenwyck Hospital to be tortured with pornography ,homosexual advances and smelling ammonia capsules until he choked and his nose bled. He was also drugged against our wishes.
Anonymous comment from a local attorney who reads the blog. " I reviewed the place where your son went. I admit I didn't believe you. I do now. I am sorry he had to go through that and I am sorry that you did not have a lawyer."

I am well aware that there are people who wish to discredit me and that is why I aired all of my dirty laundry on this blog. I don't claim to be a saint, but my past transgressions have nothing to do with he truth about what is going on in our courthouses.
At first the accusations were that John Jarema was behind this blog. That is not true and if people would take the time to read this blog in depth they could see for themselves that I started this long before Mary Beth Kur announced that she was running for Charlevoix Circuit Court Judge or Allen Telgenhof running against Jarema for prosecuting attorney.
I was made aware of the Telgenhof 911 and I was disturbed by it in many ways.First of all, my oldest son was in trouble in Antrim County for domestic violence because he knocked his own phone out of his wife's hands while she was calling 911. He didn't bite his wife and he didn't smother his wife. unlike Telgenhof,(http://
My son was court appointed attorney Barry Cole, who informed my son that he had to plead guilty to something - end of discussion.($$$$)
The there is the fact that Antrim County special prosecutor from the AG's Erin House didn't think that there was enough evidence against Telgenhof.(SEE ABOVE LINK)
She also allowed Antrim County pedophile foster dad wander around the countryside harassing his victim for some reason. Charlie Koop said the delay was due to his poor health.(?)

I have the victim's judo coach Chuck King's statement to Antrim County Sheriff Dan Bean in the Antrim County Confidential post above. From ACC document:
ANTRIM CO. -- An Antrim County foster parent is behind bars, accused of assaulting a young girl
over a five year period. Investigators believe there could be more victims.
The Antrim County Sheriff Department arrested Jere Clark, 69, Thursday. Clark is accused of sexually
assaulting the girl from an extended period of time from the Summer of 2004 to late December 2009.
The Antrim County Prosecuting Attorney, Charles H. Koop, in conjunction with Erin House, Special
Assistant Attorney General (SAAG) for Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault, issued a felony
complaint alleging one (1) count of Criminal Sexual Conduct in the First Degree, which carries a
penalty of up to Life in prison, and six (6) counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct in the Third Degree,
which carries a penalty of 15 years in prison.
The criminal complaint alleges that the improper sexual conduct - which included intercourse - began
when the victim was 12 years-old and continued until she was 18 years-old and moved out of her
mother's home and away from Clark.
Clark is the former foster father of the victim's adoptive mother. The criminal complaint alleges that
Clark used force and coercion to commit the sexual assaults on the victim.
For many years, Clark, as well as the victim's mother, have been involved in providing foster care in
their homes for many children in the Bellaire area.
Due to the nature of the allegations and Clark's status as a foster care provider, the prosecutor's office
and the Antrim County Sheriff Department are requesting that people who may have any information
about the allegations or similar behavior by Clark, please provide the information in a confidential
manner by contacting Det. Ed Smith at the Antrim County Sheriff Department at 231-533-6827,
extension 3524, or Erin House or Charles Koop at the Prosecuting Attorney's office at 231-533-6860.
SAAG Ms. House is part of a special task force combating domestic violence and criminal sexual
conduct assaults in nine northern Michigan counties.
Ms. House is assigned to Antrim, Leelanau and Benzie counties. The task force is in partnership with
the Michigan Domestic Violence Prevention and Treatment Board, Attorney General Bill Schuette, and
local prosecutors. The special task force was created in January, 2004 to address domestic violence
prosecution and was expanded in October, 2009 to include prosecution of criminal sexual assault
crimes.
The program funding ends September 30, 2010. Antrim and Leelanau County Prosecuting Attorneys,
Charles Koop and Joseph Hubbell, with assistance from the local Women Resource Center, have
recently applied for a grant to continue the program after funding through the Michigan Domestic
Violence Prevention and Treatment Board ends in September of 2011.

As you can see by the above information, Antrim County wanted to turn a blind eye on this matter. We at The Pretty Lie contacted someone in a three letter agency and soon after Clark was prosecuted.
Erin House's AG contract with the AG's wasn't renewed and she worked for The Women's Resource Center for battered women after letting Tegenhof off the hook for his behavior. Koop made it sound as if someone else dropped the ball on the Clark case and House was the prosecutor who eventually handled the case. I have been told that she is now back at the Antrim County Prosecutor's office.
I hope that this explains my personal interest in the Telgenhof case - the prosecutor in my county let him walk, while my son's entire life was destroyed for doing less than Telgenhof did to his wife. John Jarema has nothing to do with this blog and neither does Joe Hayes.
This blog isn't all about Mary Beth Kur, either. However, since that is the allegations being made I feel that I need to explain why she has been featured on our blog. Unlike the Mary Beth Kur / George Crear situation where she has testified that she made one anonymous call to Florida, I have been shouting from the rooftops about Havenwyck Hospital and those who send children there to be tortured. My son has been home for almost nine years and I am still as devoted to exposing that abomination as I was the day he came home. I also did everything I could to get Clark put away where he belongs.
On to those comments. I have been accused of seeking revenge on MBK because of my drunk driving and been harbouring a grudge against her for 20 years. There was no trial and I plead guilty because I was. I did my time.
I have had several chances in life, only to have judges and CPS workers destroy my life repeatedly.(see links above for details)
Someone went as far as accusing me of cyber-staking MBK .How so? It seems to me that it is the other way around.
See the post titled Wendy's Mysterious Letter at this link: http://
I wonder how the Charlevoix sheriff feels about someone copying confidential documents from a police officers personel file? Hopefully this has been cleared up for the readers of this blog.
There are many people involved in this blog, as well as other bloggers who are trying to promote each other. After posting the segments I filmed for Lawless America, we created the blog so we could try to get the word out about what is happening in our courthouses here in Northern Michigan.
SEE VIDEOS HERE: THE BEAL FAMILY - http://www.youtube.com/watch?
We were introduced to a couple of older gentlemen from Charlevoix County who have been very vocal about the very topics we have been covering on this blog. We offered to help get the word out on issues concerning them and I personally transferred their information to this blog because they do not own or know how to use a computer. I even attended a Charlevoix County Commisioner's meeting with them.
SEE LINK: http://
In conclusion, I have been made aware of Allen Telgenhof's blog post about The Pretty Lie's appearance at the Applefest. I am not going to read it, but I understand that he was mocking us for the dilapidated truck and home made trailer that was used by us as a billboard, as well as fliers that were printed up by TPL members and distributed by them at Applefest. I wasn't there and I didn't even see a copy until after the fact - when I posted it. So I can't take credit for that, other than posting it.
I am sure that the average year round citizen can appreciate the truck and trailer and our making use of the resources available to us to get the attention of the voting public. It seems to have worked.

Harm Resulting from Corruption, Cover-Ups—And Attacking Corruption-Exposing Whistleblowers
Sampling
of Human Tragedies Upon Individual Americans—
The Feeding Trough for America's Ruling Oligarchy
The Feeding Trough for America's Ruling Oligarchy
Unprecedented in most modern industrial nations, individual Americans suffer
from an endless series of abuses at the hands of people holding powerful
positions in the three branches of the federal government, and in state and
local governments. The American public could change these endless tragedies. But
they have been dumbed down by the media, and their own blissful obsession with
trivia. The following is a reminder, presented by the longest
corruption-fighter, with a colorful past,
starting in 1940 in the
U.S. Navy, and decades of
credibility.
Learn something from this, and try to show long overdue outrage.
-
Department of Justice personnel charging people with sham charges, using planted evidence, false forensic evidence, false testimony, to make high prosecution record, outstanding performance reports, and bonuses—while destroying families and personal lives. The United States reportedly has five percent of the world's population and 25 percent of the world's prisoners. This condition results from draconian legislation passed by politicians and people in government positions.
-
American's corrupt war on drugs, a growth industry built on the broken lives of individual Americans. Innocent people sentenced to long, or life, prison terms, often times using perjured testimony, planted evidence, or false forensic reports. People sent to long prison sentences for minor drug-related offenses. Simultaneously, for many years, especially during the 1980s, the CIA was heavily involved in drug trafficking. (Creates bizarre contradictions. Several recent presidents of the United States, including Barack Obama, George W. Bush, Bill Clinton, admitted using drugs. While they were never prosecuted, ordinary citizens doing the same were sent to prison.)
-
Irrefutable evidence of drug smuggling by CIA and DEA operatives, especially during the 1980s. And its cover up by the military, NSA, DIA, and other government intelligence groups. These corrupt activities greatly increased criminal activities in the United States, increasing the murder rate, generating business for prosecutors, lawyers, prison employees, and private prison corporations. (See book, America's Corrupt War on Drugs, Drugging America, or Defrauding America, by Captain Rodney Stich.)

John Cantlie: IS hostages face waterboarding for escape attempts
A British hostage being
held by Islamic State (IS) has said prisoners of the militant group who
have tried to escape have been punished with waterboarding.
The statement came in the latest video featuring 43-year-old journalist John Cantlie, who was seized in late 2012.Mr Cantlie reads an apparently scripted message that criticises the British and US's stance on hostage negotiations.
He quotes from emails in which families of hostages allegedly complained about the US refusal to negotiate with IS.
One message, which Mr Cantlie dates to 17 July this year, allegedly said: "We have begged them so many times already. Everyone has buried their heads in the sand.
"We feel we are caught in the middle between you and the US government, and we are being punished."
Referring to the hostages' treatment by the captors, Mr Cantlie says: "Some of us who tried to escape were waterboarded by our captors, as Muslim prisoners are waterboarded by their American captors."

Brainwashing Techniques Designed to Promote Acceptance of the Coming Genocide
Americans have been conditioned to lose the war for freedom through a set of psychological techniques designed to brainwash an entire nation and promote the belief that there could never be any such thing as a conspiracy theory. This all starts with controlling the mechanisms that dispense the “truth” about today’s world.
The Corporate Controlled Media
Six, count them six corporation control 98% of the media. They virtually control everything you read, see and hear. These six corporations are intertwined with controlling forces of big oil, the military industrial complex, the Federal Reserve and Wall Street. They control who gets elected through campaign donations and more importantly, they have brainwashed an entire nation to accept serfdom at the hands of their corporate masters.
The corporate controlled media uses specific psychological techniques to control. This article is a brief example of how the nation is brainwashed to question the abject criminality coming out of Washington DC.

30 years later, questions remain over Sadat killing, peace with Israel
(CNN) -- October 6, 1981, remains etched in the minds of Egyptians who witnessed the assassination of President Mohamed Anwar al-Sadat at the hands of four military officers during an annual parade celebrating the anniversary of Egypt's 1973 war with Israel.
In 1979, Sadat signed the
Camp David peace treaty with Israel that won him the Nobel Peace Prize
and the fury of many Arabs who accused him of betraying their cause.
In a tribute to the
former "hero of war and peace," as the inscription on his grave reads,
Egyptian State TV ran footage Thursday of the assassination, depicting
the moment Sadat stood in the pavilion saluting his killers while they
fired at him as French Mirage fighters screeched over the parade grounds
as part of the festivities.
Khaled El Islambouly, the lead gunman, was captured and executed.
Sadat's bullet-riddled
body was rushed to the Maadi Military Hospital and the president was
proclaimed dead at 2.40 p.m. due to "intense nervous shock and internal
bleeding in the chest cavity."
Talaat El Sadat, a former member of parliament and the nephew of the slain president, recalls the details of that grim day.
"The president thought
the killers were part of the show when they approached the stands
firing, so he stood saluting them," El Sadat told CNN.
Dead Microbiologists
This
list was originally compiled for inclusion in Jim Marrs’ 2010 book The
Trillion-Dollar Conspiracy (originally titled Zombie Nation), but
was deleted by the publisher as being too lengthy and not relevant.
In light of the growing fear over the Ebola virus, it might be worthwhile
to note that by mid-2009, nearly 100 scientists around the world most
of them microbiologists had died, many under suspicious circumstances.
Researcher Mark J. Harper compiled the following list. “While some of
these deaths may be purely coincidental and seem to pose no connection,
many of these deaths are highly suspicious and appear not to be random
acts of violence. Many are just plain murders,” commented Harper.
Mark
Harper’s dead scientists and microbiologists list: Email to author, August
20, 2009; http://www.puppstheories.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=6521
While it is understood that not everyone on this list died an unnatural
death, the sheer number and scope is breathtaking. This compilation of
biologist and microbiologist deaths indeed causes one to wonder if someone,
somewhere does not want men and women alive who may see through pandemic
scare tactics and, worse yet from their standpoint, be able to produce
effective antidotes.
The Pope: “Corruption Is a Greater Evil than Sin”
Modern interpretation of Christ driving the money changers from the temple by Anthony Freda/Daniel Zollinger
“More than Forgiven, This Evil Must Be CURED”
Preface: If you are an atheist (or adherent of another faith) and believe that the Catholic faith is crazy, you are obviously entitled to your belief. But please remember that very few Americans are atheists … and the majority don’t trust atheists. More importantly, it’s wise to work with allies on core issues, such as fighting corruption … even if you would normally disagree with them.In this case, the Pope just may speak for a lot of allies. After all, there are more than a billion Catholics worldwide. Some 85% of the American population identifies itself as Christian, and 78 million Americans have been baptized into the Catholic Church. The U.S. has the world’s fourth largest Catholic population.
Legal authorities have done nothing to crack down on Wall Street corruption. The U.S. government admits that it refuses to prosecute fraud … pretty much as an official policy.
Sure, a few “small fish” are indicted … but the big boys go free. Indeed, there are two systems of justice in America … one for the Wall Street fatcats, and one for everyone else.
In reality, the government helped cover up the crimes of the big banks, used claims of national security to keep everything in the dark, and changed basic rules and definitions to allow the game to continue. See this, this, this and this. Because fraudsters weren’t prosecuted and the banks weren’t broken up, the fraudsters are now committing bigger and bigger crimes, and banks are now bigger than ever … leaving the economy open to an even bigger crash than occurred in 2008.
Even the President of the New York Federal Reserve Bank has repeatedly said that bankers have to improve their ethics … but to no avail.
Why isn’t the government cracking down on corruption and fraud? Because most government workers are themselves corrupt. As is the government procurement process.

Racist Convicted in Texas Murder
JASPER, Tex., Feb. 23 – John William King, a self-proclaimed white supremacist covered with racist tattoos, was convicted of murder today in the death of a black man who was dragged on a chain behind a pickup truck last June.
The jury, which deliberated for just over two hours, chose its only black member as foreman, allowing him to deliver the verdict in an apparent gesture repudiating the gruesome racial murder that shocked and shamed this quiet little city in the East Texas woodlands.
Clara Taylor, left, and Mary Verrett, sisters of James Byrd Jr., listen as the guilty verdict is read in their brother's death at the Jasper County Courthouse in Jasper, Tex., on Tuesday. (AFP Photo)
King, 24, a former prison inmate, sat expressionless as the foreman passed the verdict sheet to Judge Joe Bob Golden. Besides convicting King of murdering James Byrd Jr., 49, in one of the grisliest racial crimes of the post-civil rights era, jurors found that the dragging also constituted a kidnapping, meaning that under Texas law King can be sentenced to death.
To a smattering of applause from spectators, the jury filed from the crowded courtroom moments after the verdict, which climaxed a week-long trial. They then returned a half-hour later for the start of the trial's penalty phase, which lawyers said likely will conclude Thursday. If the jury decides against the death penalty, King will be sentenced to life in prison with parole eligibility after 40 years.
"I'm very satisfied with the length of the deliberations and I'm very satisfied with their choice of a foreman," District Attorney Guy James Gray said outside the courthouse after the verdict. "I think any jury in the country would feel the same way" about Byrd's murder last June 7 on a remote stretch of backwoods pavement. "You can't tolerate this stuff. You can't put up with it."
Gray and his assistants also will prosecute King's two alleged accomplices – Shawn Allen Berry, 24, and Lawrence Russell Brewer, 31 – in separate death-penalty trials later. In King's trial, they argued that he instigated the murder to draw attention to a white supremacist group he had hoped to organize in Jasper, a racially mixed city of about 8,000 in the pine woods 125 miles north of Houston.
In his closing argument, another prosecutor, Pat Hardy, described King and his co-defendants as "three robed riders coming straight out of hell." Noting that Byrd's dismembered body was left by the gate of an old black cemetery, Hardy said the three wanted "to show their defiance to God and Christianity and everything most people in this county stand for."
Byrd, who was unemployed and living alone in a subsidized apartment, was walking home from a family gathering after midnight when he was picked up and driven to woods outside the city. There, he was beaten, then chained at the ankles and dragged behind a pickup truck for about three miles. In testimony Monday, a pathologist said Byrd was alive until his head and right arm were torn off by the jagged edge of a roadside culvert.
That testimony was crucial for the prosecution. The underlying felony of kidnapping is what made Byrd's murder a death-penalty offense. For Byrd to have been kidnapped under Texas's definition of the crime, he had to have been alive while being dragged.
"It's like a breath of fresh air for me," Byrd's daughter, Renee Mullins, said after the verdict. Like other relatives of the victim who filled two rows at the front of the spectator gallery during the trial, "Three robed riders coming straight out of hell."

The Other Execution Tonight—the Man Who Dragged James Byrd Jr. to His Death
If you are inclined to question capital punishment, it is not hard to protest the scheduled execution tonight of Troy Davis in Georgia. His case contains much doubt about his guilt, and the racial aspect (black man as victim of white-dominated justice system) is undeniable. What really tests a principled position against the death penalty are cases like Lawrence Brewer.
That’s why I was happy to receive, just a few minutes ago, an e-mail from the National Coalition Against the Death Penalty. Of course, it calls for last-minute action to save Davis. But it also includes this key section:
