Virginia: Police Block Highway for Strange Truck Convoy That Goes On for Miles and Miles - Vid

Anyone live in Virgina and see this?? I've worked at venues that had truck deliveries before. Never have I seen them co-ordinate the trucks to drive in a convoy and never have I seen them being escorted by cops.. Each company delivered on their own.
