inside her Rapid City home with her dead mother earlier this month.
Child Protective Services were called to the scene where the 2-year-old
was found with Elizabeth Meiser, 32, on Oct. 12. They placed the girl with a family member, according to the Kalkaska County Sheriff’s Department.
Since then, however, Meiser’s father, James Plank, has not been able to determine where she is staying.
