On May 21, 2011, Telgenhof’s wife called 911 to report domestic violence on Allen Telgenhof.
His wife’s handwritten statement to the police:
“I was sitting on the livingroom couch and Al came in the living room accusing me of texting an old boyfriend on another telephone. He tackled me on the couch and held me down preventing me from getting my cell phone. He was reaching in my shirt and down in the couch trying to find a cell phone. I tried many, many times to get up and to scream, but Allen kept shoving his hand over my mouth to prevent me from screaming for help. I could not breath. When he would take his hand off my mouth, I would again scream and he put it back on again. He also bit me at least three times. I told him I wanted my phone to call 911 and he prevented me from doing that. He told me he knew the law and that as long as I wasn’t in the process of making a cell call that he would not be in trouble for not letting me have my phone to call 911. I tried to get the phone by kicking it toward me with my foot, but was unable. Many times I was unable to breath. He told me no one would help me. He finally let me up, but would not give me my cell phone to make a 911call. I finally used the house phone.” From the FOIA Request

We have been accused of either being John Jarema or helping Jarema and I want to make something perfectly clear. I have never laid eyes on the man.

As citizens of Northern Michigan, we are concerned that our courts appear to have become a cabal serving certain special interest groups ,rather than serving the citizens who pay their bloated wages and finance their luxurious retirements.

My interest is purely personal since Antrim County aided HIM in his criminal behavior. Antrim County destroyed my son's life and split up his family over a domestic dispute that did not involve smothering and biting.

We decided to write an open letter to Telgenhof's supporters in hope that they will rethink their position. If they knew what he is about, why would they subject the citizen's of Charlevoix County to his unstable behavior?
We know that most of our politicians in this country are compromised and blackmailed so they can be controlled. It appears that Antrim County was involved in a cover-up for some reason. I wouldn't be surprised if they blame it all on Charlie Koop since he won't be able to say otherwise. (This blogger's opinion only)

OPEN LETTER TO TELGENHOF SUPPORTERS
To all the business owners and supporters of Telgenhof, it certainly appears that the real Telgenhof is starting to show his true colors. As smart people, you must have known who the true Telgenhof was when you supported him. The allegations continue to rise as his character is revealed. For example:
- the 911 tape speaks for itself.
- Telgenhof is currently being sued by his former landlord- the lawsuit claims he bounced
- It is alleged that Telgenhof bounced checks to his storage unit facility, cut the lock off
- Campaign Finance Violations about what Telgenhof filed and what he didn’t file is currently under investigation. For example- for those of you who attended his open
- A female secretary in his office recently quit- why did she quit his office?
- Court records show he tried one (1) case with two defendants- the jury convicted of a
- Yet, he submitted a 5% raise for himself.
- The Charlevoix County Commissioners have expressed the comments they have heard

Charlevoix resident Alexander Patrick Kur, 25, was recently charged with multiple alleged crimes ranging from assault and public nudity to theft of two vehicles, fleeing from police and speeding.
