It allows for residents within the Village of Central Lake the option of
self-reliance pertaining to their food outside of vegetables, the peace
of mind knowing the food they are eating is free from steroids, GMOS,
other chemicals, provides the opportunity to have the freshest source of
food supply available to them, and provides an educational opportunity
for parents to use and engage their children on how and where their food
comes from.
