The Brown Bag Campaign

This really is disgusting to me,particularly since foster parents are compensated for warehousing our children who have been kidnapped by the CPS and our Family Courts.-TPL

For the past 25 years, readers across northwestern Michigan have found our ubiquitous little bags in their newspapers throughout the summer to call attention to the needs of children in foster care, and to remind you, our community, that foster and adoptive families are needed to help care for children in our communities.
