It was a confrontational day in court today.
Ted Visner went before a judge -- arraigned on 4 charges -- but he says he's innocent.
Deputies arrested Visner yesterday after serving an eviction at his house.
The court ordered the eviction in august, but Visner still refused to leave his property in Blanchard.
An
Isabella County judge held Visner in contempt yesterday for not
cooperating during his arraignment, so he was back in the Mount Pleasant
courthouse today. Visner had a video arraignment today so he wasn't
actually in the courtroom, he appeared from the Isabella County Jail.
Despite not seeing the judge or prosecutor face to face, he still had a lot to say.
“My name is Theodore Joseph Visner I am running for president in 2016,” Visner said as he appeared before the judge.
