A Cry For Justice - Three Years Later And No Justice For The Wynkoops

Corruption, especially government corruption, comes in all shapes and sizes and under many guises. It affects the smallest communities and our largest cities. It is our duty to try to stop it when we can.

It is hard to believe that three years have passed since the untimely death of Norwood Michigan resident Wayne Wynkoop. Wayne committed suicide after his life's work and his accumulated wealth and savings were all lost because he dared to pursue his American dream.

His only crime was attempting to use his property to mine limestone. He had a quantitative study done and it was determined that there was a huge deposit on Wayne's land near Charlevoix and Fisherman's Island State Park.

This would have been an ideal situation for many local gravel haulers who have to drive across the state to the Afton pit for crushed limestone. It would have saved money and time (and time is money)if they only had to go up the road for material rather than drive two hours across the state.

Wayne made the mistake of applying for permits that he did not need, which opened the door for the Norwood Township officials to deny him his property rights.

 Since portions of US- 31 and Norwood Road were built with material from this pit, the public interest has been served and the rights should have ran with the land. Wayne legally could have opened the pit without any permit or permission from his neighbors.

By the time The Good Old Boys were done with Wayne he was financially ruined, shamed in the community and he had lost everything he cared about and worked so hard for.

 It is so sad that he felt everyone would be better off if he were dead. The world isn't the same without him in it.

As the three year anniversary of Wayne's tragic death comes around, those who love and miss him have heavy hearts.  Wayne is constantly on the minds of many who are still suffering the loss.

They are burdened with the resentment that they feel towards certain Norwood Township officials who allegedly contributed to his suffering and downfall and eventual demise. He was slowly tortured  to death (meant figuratively) by those in positions of power and wealth who dwell in Norwood.

A reliable source told us that while at a meeting ,another official told Township Supervisor Frank Hamilton that he had poor Wayne's blood all over his hands.

 Since I had the good fortune of making Wayne's acquaintance I feel that I can echo that sentiment.

 I will add that Mr. Hamilton did not act alone and the guilty parties know who they are. Several officials and citizens abused their power by participating in alleged plots to thwart Wayne's efforts to utilize his property rights.

Circuit Court Judge Richard Pajtas and his wife Dana moved next door to the Wynkoops. The Wynkoops were there long before the judge showed up and decided to tell Wayne what he could or couldn't do with his own land.

 Dana Pajtas joined a 501c3 special interest group (The N.T.C.H.S.) that was allegedly headed up by Norwood resident Bill Gnodtke of the Mackinac Bridge Authority.(an appointed position)

As we look into the backgrounds of those involved, we discovered that Gnodtke has connections in the Michigan House of Representatives and that he was appointed by Governor Snyder.

That seems to explain why the 501c3(NTCHS) was allowed to destroy the Wynkoop's without any concern about possible repercussions.( Per Wayne's complaint filed with the proper authorities - we will post this- alsoallegedly reported to the IRS)

It also explains why the average citizen gets the runaround when they report wrongdoing. We are preaching to the choir. It seems that the fix is in.

 It also seems that anything goes when you are in The Good Old Boy Club.

Several officials, both appointed and elected, and many other individuals will be placed on our list that we call The Cast Of Characters In The Northern Michigan Theater Of Justice.

Theses are lost souls who harm others, such as imposing hardship on victims like Wayne, to serve their own interests and to strengthen the cozy relationships with the evildoers in The Good Old Boy Club.

Those of us associated with The Pretty Lie are committed to exposing the wrongdoing of certain individuals. We are hoping to bring awareness to the general public of the true nature of those in power. There are those who will diabolically and ruthlessly inflict sorrow on the innocent for the simple reason that they can.

They know who they are, we know who they are and more importantly God knows who they are. Hopefully they will seek forgiveness before it is too late.

And very soon the voting public will know who they really are, too. In the very near future we will be posting the false police reports filed against Wayne's business associate by several upstanding citizens of the town of Norwood. Of course their claims were shown to have no merit.

Three years today. Shortly before his first court case a local attorney told me Wayne would never win a case in "that" courtroom. I dismissed it. Five years later after losing pretty much everything he had, he lost his fifth case.

My first real interaction with Wayne was shortly after he was elected Twp. supervisor. He refused to reappoint me to the Planning Commission. In time he did reappoint me to the PC where I witnessed first hand how a combination of lies and money can be used to destroy a person.See More

The Disappeared – They Move Them, FEMA Takes Them – Never Seen Again (Video)

In the first video below, homeless who had been living in a tent city for over a year are being forced to leave, in what could be considered the first step to taking them out of the public eye, so when they disappear it won’t be noticed.

In the second video below a very disturbing phone call is recorded by videographer Tom Lupshu which adds a level of creepiness to what we already know about criminalizing of the homeless, the rounding them up, locking them away under armed guards, in what many call FEMA Camps.

Homeless people can stay at the shelter, but they’re not permitted to walk off the premises. In fact, Columbia will even post a police officer on the road leading to the shelter to ensure that homeless people don’t walk towards downtown. If they want to leave, they need to set up an appointment and be shuttled by a van.

What Lupshu points out, and rightly so, is when the economy crashes and the housing bubble bursts, there will be millions of these homeless and an already organized,, practiced and proven method of rounding the homeless up under the guise of “helping” them and criminalization of being homeless.

Lawsuits Allege Private Prison Company Covered Up Youth Sex Abuse

A pair of recent lawsuits against a private youth prison operator in Florida amplify claims that the company, Youth Services International, has frequently covered up reports that staff sexually abused young people held inside its facilities.

According to a suit filed in October in federal court, the top administrator at one YSI youth prison regularly made sexual advances toward teenage boys held there in 2010 and 2011 and on at least one occasion brought inmates home with him and into his bedroom. A separate case filed in Florida court in November alleges that a female guard at another YSI facility in 2012 began an "intimate and sexual relationship" with a 14-year-old inmate.

Florida officials at the Department of Juvenile Justice did not investigate these alleged incidents until months and even nearly a year after they occurred, according to accounts from the mothers of the victims and documents obtained by The Huffington Post. This was in part because the for-profit prison operator failed to immediately report the alleged episodes as required under its contracts with the state.

The research funded by the National Institutes of Health spanned the country. It was most widespread in the 1990s as foster care agencies sought treatments for their HIV-infected children that weren’t yet available in the marketplace.
The practice ensured that foster children — mostly poor or minority — received care from world-class researchers at government expense, slowing their rate of death and extending their lives. But it also exposed a vulnerable population to the risks of medical research and drugs that were known to have serious side effects in adults and for which the safety for children was unknown.

Land of the Free? Half of Black Males, 38% of White Males Arrested by Age 23

Nearly half of black males and almost 40 percent of white males in the U.S. are arrested by age 23, which can hurt their ability to find work, go to school and participate fully in their communities.

A new study released Monday (Jan. 6) in the journal Crime & Delinquency provides the first contemporary findings on how the risk of arrest varies across race and gender, says Robert Brame, a criminology professor at the University of South Carolina and lead author of the study.

The study is an analysis of national survey data from 1997 to 2008 of teenagers and young adults, ages 18, and their arrest histories, which run the gamut from truancy and underage drinking to more serious and violent offenses. The study excludes arrests for minor traffic violations.

Most striking are the race differences revealed in the study, Brame says. In particular, the research points to a higher prevalence of arrest among black males and little race variation in arrest rates among females.

"A problem is that many males – especially black males – are navigating the transition from youth to adulthood with the baggage and difficulties from contact with the criminal justice system," Brame says.

The Unintended Consequences Of The Adam Walsh Act

I am posting the following information to inform the public of the countless lives being destroyed by the states to ensure that they keep receiving federal dollars into their coffers in exchange for the futures of countless youths in the country.

My son found himself on the Michigan SOR at age 12 and our lives were turned upside down for several years. Fortunately for us, our wonderful attorney Joni Fixel from Lansing was able to get him removed from the list and he now has a future.

Most aren't as lucky to fight the system and win. Our youth do not realize that a mistake made today can affect their entire future. This topic is near and dear to me and I am using this forum to inform the public of this travesty of justice.

I am not sure if Michigan ever fixed their juvenile sex offender registry, but during the period we were being traumatized by the state, experts on the SOR discovered that Michigan was in such a rush to glom onto the federal monies that they for got to write the rules for juveniles to follow. As a result, each county was making their own rules, almost guaranteeing that these kids will violate these rules that don't exist.

I am posting a small portion of the information I uncovered during my quest to save my son's future. It is ironic that I, a victim of horrible sex abuse at the hands of my own father, am advocating for sex offenders. However, what they are doing to our youth is wrong and we need to change the system.

Jim is not proud of the fact that five years ago he inappropriately touched his cousin on the outside of her underwear. He had just turned 10 and his cousin was 11. He then threatened to kill her if she told anyone.
His cousin was deeply upset by the experience and still refuses to talk to him. He doesn’t blame her.
Yet Jim, 15, -- whose name has been changed for this article -- has decided to talk publicly about the crime because he was in the fourth grade when it happened. When he turns 18, his name will appear on the public sex offender registry for the rest of his life. The sex offender registry does not reflect when a sex crime was committed. “So anyone looking at this when I’m an adult will think I was a pervert adult having sex with an 11-year-old,” he said.
His case is extreme, but here is the reality for all juveniles: if a youth is convicted or pleads to criminal sexual assault in the first or second degree, he or she will end up on the public sex offender registry list for 25 years, or even for life — long after the youth has completed probation or served his or her sentence.
If convicted of a lesser sex offense, the juvenile will be on a sex offender registry that is not public, but available to police and other authorities.
The judge has no choice. The sex offender registry is mandatory for all ages.

The plight of the Valley’s desert dwellers made regional headlines when county officials ordered the destruction of Phonehenge: which is a massive, colorful castle constructed out of telephone poles by retired phone technician Kim Fahey.
County officials showed up and tore down the structure and their court system sentenced the bearded retired phone company technician to 543 days in jail because he said he couldn’t afford to pay the $80,000 for the demolition of the structure and the subsequent removal of the debris. Fahey served over a year and a half in jail for nothing more than a misdemeanor. His major crime was that “he fought the man”.

It is also worth noting that on August 27, 2007, just days before the “lost” nukes incident, three B-52 Bombers were performing special missions under the direct authorization of General Moseley, the Chief of Staff of the U.S. Air Force. The base at Minot is also home of the 91st Space Wings, a unit under the command of Air Force Space Command (AFSPC).
According to official reports, the U.S. Air Force pilots did not know that they were carrying weapons of mass destruction (WMDs). Once in Louisiana, they also left the nuclear weapons unsecured on the runway for several hours. [4]

Terri Schiavo: The 15 Year Murder

The clock is ticking. All of America is listening and the ticking is growing louder and louder. Within the next 24 hours, America will find out if Jeb Bush is made of the same presidential timber that makes up his brother George or is Jeb just firewood. Will he cower in the face a suspect Judge Greer or will he do what he knows in his gut is right? Time will tell us. Would Judge Greer order the arrest of the popular governor of Florida and brother of the President of the United States? Probably. Greer has the ego for it. Greer is but one of the judges running wild in our country today. Jeb Bush is Terri's last hope.

 

Everyone is talking about Terri Schiavo. What amazed me was how little people really know. Many people tell me they think she was on a ventilator, hence the term "pull the plug." They are shocked to find out she was not on a machine to breathe. "You mean all she needs to live is a little tube in her stomach?" they ask. Terri had a massive heart attack all those years ago, that is why she is this way: another misconception. Tests the morning she was brought into the emergency room ruled out a heart attack that very day. People's eyes narrow when they are told she was found to have a fractured cervical spine and fractured femur and other traumatic injuries. If Terri had died that night in 1990, odds are, Michael Schiavo would have been arrested on the suspicion of murder, based on the physical injuries found on his wife, Terri Schiavo. When someone dies under suspicious conditions, an autopsy must be done. It's the law. Even Michael could not have stopped it.

The battle was the second assault that year on the then-lawless city of Fallujah. Called Operation Phantom Fury (Operation Al Fajr in Arabic, or The Dawn), it was a full-scale attack on a city teeming with insurgents who had months to prepare defenses, booby traps, and explosives throughout the city.
When it was all over, American and friendly forces suffered more than 100 killed and more than 600 wounded. The Red Cross estimated 800 Iraqi civilian deaths. Insurgent deaths were much greater than both but impossible to count.

THE JONESTOWN MASSACRE

On November 18 1978, 913 people died in Jonestown, a small compound carved out of the jungles of Guyana, a small country on the northeast coast of South America. The media at the time reported that it was a fanatical group of followers of the Rev. Jim Jones, lead to the jungles of South America to get away from the oppression of life here in America. They also reported that his followers willingly followed their leader into the great beyond by sipping on some cyanide cocktails, laced with purple Kool-Aid. In fact, the notion of a mass suicide at Jonestown has been repeated so many times that it is accepted as fact, and the association is so strong that when most people hear "Jonestown," the first thing which pops in their head is "Kool-Aid."
This association is false. The source of the "Kool-Aid Suicide" stories was the U.S. State Department, which presented the story immediately after the "suicides" were reported as though it was the only obvious truth. A U.S. Army spokesman pronounced with complete authority, "No autopsies are needed. The cause of death is not an issue here." The bodies were then allowed to rot in the jungle. Despite the lack of need for autopsies, Dr. C. Leslie Mootoo, the top Guyanese pathologist, was at Jonestown hours after the deaths, and, refusing the assistance of U.S. pathologists, accompanied the teams that examined the bodies. His conclusions? Dr. Mootoo found fresh needle marks at the back of the left shoulder blades on 80 to 90 percent of the victims. Others had been shot or strangled. A surviving witness stated that those who resisted were forced by armed guards to comply. Dr. Mootoo's opinion, and that of the Guyanese grand jury investigating Jonestown, was that all but three (only two of which were suicides) were murdered by "persons unknown." If one was to go over the deaths in Auschwitz, it is almost a certainty, considering the horrendous conditions those who were there were under, that 0.2 % of all deaths could be attributed to suicides. Yet if anyone was to argue that Auschwitz was a suicide camp housing a bunch of religious freaks and not the compounds of murder that they were, they would (rightfully) be condemned for intellectual dishonesty, and their motives would be questioned.The suicide hoax is merely the beginning of the deception. The original death count was 408 (an odd number to use if the number was an estimate), with the added claim that 700 had fled into the jungle. The final total was changed to 913. To explain this rather minor difference in arithmetic, American authorities first explained that those backward ignorant Guyanese "could not count." Perhaps because the first "official" explanation of the bad math was so insulting, it was then proposed that they missed a pile of bodies, as if a pile of dead bodies is something that is easily overlooked. Finally, the official explanation that settled the whole question was presented: Bodies were stacked on top of each other.

Sinister Connections?

Although the official explanation of the events at "Jonestown" has been widely accepted by the American people, there are many that question its truth. From the moment the first reports of the massacre were released, various theories of the real events leading to the tragedy began to circulate. The most prevalent of these was that the CIA was somehow involved.

According to one of these theories, "Jonestown" was a continuation of a CIA mind-control program that infiltrated cults, such as The People's Temple, to carry out their experiments. CIA theorists claim that Jim Jones had many questionable associations with the CIA throughout the years he was establishing The People's Temple. The most significant association is Jones's supposed friendship with Dan Mitrione that dated back to their childhood years. Dan Mitrione was the local police chief in the early days of Jones's "ministry" in Indianapolis. Mitrione later entered the International Police Academy, supposedly a CIA front for training in counterinsurgency and torture techniques.

Quite simply, Love Canal is one of the most appalling environmental tragedies in American history.
But that's not the most disturbing fact.
What is worse is that it cannot be regarded as an isolated event. It could happen again--anywhere in this country--unless we move expeditiously to prevent it.
It is a cruel irony that Love Canal was originally meant to be a dream community. That vision belonged to the man for whom the three-block tract of land on the eastern edge of Niagara Falls, New York, was named--William T. Love.
Love felt that by digging a short canal between the upper and lower Niagara Rivers, power could be generated cheaply to fuel the industry and homes of his would-be model city.
But despite considerable backing, Love's project was unable to endure the one-two punch of fluctuations in the economy and Nikola Tesla's discovery of how to economically transmit electricity over great distances by means of an alternating current.
By 1910, the dream was shattered. All that was left to commemorate Love's hope was a partial ditch where construction of the canal had begun.
In the 1920s the seeds of a genuine nightmare were planted. The canal was turned into a municipal and industrial chemical dumpsite.
Landfills can of course be an environmentally acceptable method of hazardous waste disposal, assuming they are properly sited, managed, and regulated. Love Canal will always remain a perfect historical example of how not to run such an operation.
In 1953, the Hooker Chemical Company, then the owners and operators of the property, covered the canal with earth and sold it to the city for one dollar.
It was a bad buy.
In the late '50s, about 100 homes and a school were built at the site. Perhaps it wasn't William T. Love's model city, but it was a solid, working-class community. For a while.

Lawsuits: Love Canal still oozes 35 years later

NIAGARA FALLS, N.Y. (AP) — Thirty-five years after Love Canal's oozing toxic waste scared away a neighborhood and became a symbol of environmental catastrophe, history could be repeating itself.
New residents, attracted by promises of cleaned-up land and affordable homes, say in lawsuits that they are being sickened by the same buried chemicals from the disaster in the Niagara Falls neighborhood in the 1970s.
"We're stuck here. We want to get out," said 34-year-old Dan Reynolds, adding that he's been plagued by mysterious rashes and other ailments since he moved into the four-bedroom home purchased a decade ago for $39,900.
