Cop Shoots Unarmed Man in the Genitals, Purposely Doesn’t Call Ambulance: Lawsuit

ATLANTA – A lawsuit has been filed against the Miami-Dade County Police Department over a horrific case of brutality against an unarmed citizen, according to a report by Courthouse News Service.
The incident began when Roberto Valderrama and his friend were pulled over for a traffic stop by Officer Carl Rosseau in January 2006.
Roberto allegedly had a tiny smoking pipe that his friend had given him earlier.

Officer Rosseau claimed that he saw Roberto’s friend give him a “gun,” but Roberto clarified that it was not a gun but a pipe for smoking.
Presumably not wanting to be a victim of the War on Drugs, Roberto told Officer Rosseau that he discreetly disposed of the pipe out the car window once they noticed the Officer was pulling them over.
During this interaction, Roberto made sure to keep his hands clearly visible on his knees, since he knew that the Officer suspected a “gun” was in the vehicle.

Car Hacking Report Refuels Concerns About Michael Hastings Crash

Those still wondering what really happened in gonzo journalist Michael Hastings’ fiery demise likely sat up straight during 60 Minutes’ recent piece on how hackers can hijack the controls of a car.
After Hastings died in a bizarre one-car crash along a straight Los Angeles street, former counterterrorism adviser Richard Clarke noted the accident was “consistent with a car cyber attack” and that it was easy to hack cars. It seems he was right, as 60 Minutes demonstrated in a chilling fashion.
In the segment, a nervous Lesley Stahl smashed into safety cones on a driving course after two men using a laptop computer remotely commandeered her brakes. Former video game developer Dan Kaufman, who’s now working for the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, set up the demonstration.

WATCH: Florida Cop Tries to Crush Biker on Freeway, Then Tries to Flee

Tampa, FL — A video uploaded to YouTube Saturday allegedly shows a Florida police officer in an unmarked car attempting a deadly maneuver to stop a motorcycle driver.
The YouTube poster names the officer as Sgt. Spencer Ross and claims he has a history of chasing motorcycles.
The video is taken by a man who is following the officer and recording.
As the man filming catches up to the unmarked Monte Carlo, the cop attempts to pin the motorcycle driver against the shoulder barrier.
The actions by this police officer are incredibly dangerous. Whatever the crime was that the driver of the motorcycle had committed most likely did not justify a move which could have killed him.
Shortly after almost killing a man, the officer turns off his lights and  switches his priority to getting away from the man filming.

A Cop Killed an Unarmed Man and the Only Information Police Have Released is, “He Had a Record”

Naeschylus Vinzant was nobody’s angel. His rap sheet, which dated back to 1994, included arrests for attempted homicide, assault and felony menacing. In August 2014, he was arrested on a domestic violence case on suspicion of assault, theft and violating parole.
He was out on parole again on Friday March 6, and was wanted for violating the terms of that parole. This was when Vinzant, who was unarmed, was fatally shot by Aurora Police officer Paul Jerothe.
It has been two weeks now, and the Aurora Police Department has offered no explanation as to why it was necessary for Jerothe to shoot Vinzant.
Why?

Had someone other than a member of the punitive priesthood been accused of taking Vinzant’s life, he would have been apprehended immediately and shamed relentlessly by the media. However, Jerothe’s status as a police officer evidently affords him special immunity.

The Planned Obsolescence of America

Planned obsolescence is the act of designing something to become obsolete or self destruct at a certain point in the future for the purpose of replacing it with something else. We see this with many of the things we use today, especially appliances, home furnishings and technology. We are expected to upgrade at regular intervals to keep up with the times.
It was not always this way. In the past many things were built to last, in some cases for many generations. There are many homes in the world that were built centuries ago and are as functional today as the day they were built. There are appliances built almost a century ago that still do what they were designed to do. There are cars and tools that are decades old that still function as intended.
Many of the items that were built in the past were overbuilt and as a result maintain their function. They were built at a time when society demanded and expected the things they used to last a lifetime. Many items were built to be repaired many times in their functional life extending their usefulness and making them a good value to the owners. At some point, that mantra changed.
As society grew some people realized that they could sell many more items in the future if the products they built only lasted a short while and required replacement. During the 20th century industrialization ran head on into planned obsolescence. Things could be made cheaper and profit margins would expand.

The Secret Government’s Made Men

When the lead Democratic counsel on the Senate Whitewater Committee interviewed the lead investigator for U.S. Park Police of the death of Deputy White House Counsel Vincent Foster, Jr., we noticed a certain orchestrated quality to the exchange.  The interviewee, John Rolla, seemed not to have rehearsed his lines very well, though, because in the 1999 article that we wrote about it, reproduced below, we can see that he bungled his way through it.  Poor preparation might not have been the primary cause of his poor performance, though.  In this testimony and other testimony he gave in the case, he comes across as the sort of person who would even make Howard Payne University professor Matthew McNiece look intelligent by comparison. 

Rolla’s manifest shortcomings have not held him back, though, in his career in the national security state.  We discover from LinkedIn that we, as Americans, can rest easily at night with the knowledge that the one man most responsible for preventing terrorists from blowing up the Liberty Bell, or at least defacing it with a pocketknife, is none other than John Rolla.  Here is how he describes his current position:

As the National Threat Coordinator for the Department of the Interior, working as a Task Force Agent at the FBI National Joint Terrorism Task Force, I access multiple databases and agencies monitoring possible domestic or international terroristic threats against Department of the Interior critical infrastructure, which includes National Monuments and Memorials, over 400 dams and 50 hydro-electric power stations nation-wide.
