Murder and Narcotrafficking in the Marines

The bond between two brothers is reinforced when one brother breaks his neck and the other helps him regain his health to enter medical school. Years later, the older brother, now a Marine Corps colonel, is murdered to keep him from blowing the whistle on narcotrafficking of cocaine into the US. The medical doctor, now a forensic neurologist, investigates the murder and government cover-up.
