Who are the mysterious 'men in black'? Police ask for help to find individuals who have been spooking Iowa town for weeks amid fears it is more than a sinister prank

Drivers in Muscatine County, Iowa have been spotting men in black trench coats approaching their cars in the middle of the night

Then men walk out of the side of the road and slowly approach the driver's side door of the vehicles

Police are now trying to figure out who these individuals are and what they are doing amid fears they could have sinister intentions
