This is the guy that stabbed 16-year old Carly Lewis back in 2011.
4/16/13 update: Label (tag) changed from Shame to Fame
Power sentenced the guy to forty years, much in excess of the recommended sentencing guidelines. On appeal it was determined that Power would have to document his rational or reduce the sentence. He reduced the sentence by two years, still leaving it way over the recommended guideline.
