RISK ASSESSMENT: HIGH LIKELIHOOD OF REOFFENDING
Man who participated in the rape and murder of one women and attempted kidnapping of another is getting out of prison December 24, 2015. He will not be under supervision, such as parole, probation or listed on the sex offender registry. Inmate Glen Walker, age 46, received two concurrent 25-year sentences for kidnapping and attempted kidnapping and a consecutive 5-year sentence for being an accessory to murder and kidnapping out of Minnehaha County. Walker was an accomplice of Robert Leroy Anderson, who was sentenced to death for the murders of two women. Anderson later committed suicide in prison. Walker has indicated he plans to leave South Dakota and live in another state upon his release.
