ANTRIM COUNTY, Mi. (WPBN/WGTU) -- Drug use is a problem that continues to grow here in northern Michigan.
It's something a mother in Central Lake knows all too well after her son died of a heroin overdose last year.
Now, she's trying to combat the issue starting in her hometown.
"We knew that he was struggling with addiction and that's one of my greatest regrets is that I just didn't know how to help him," said Robin Sommer.
She's worried there are too many people out there that feel the same way, so she's working to change that.
