Electronic Benefits Transfer (EBT) cards have been SHUT OFF for able-bodied workers who don't have dependents. This Obama Policy took effect June 1 and EBT recipients who get their money (not necessarily on the first of the month) are now realizing they won't be getting any more free money for food.
Pressure is building rapidly in the cities and violence has already begun taking place. Whether or not this turns into full scale rioting is hard to tell, but signs from the urban areas are not good.
Police in New York City, Newark, Paterson, Trenton, and Camden, NJ are already responding to numerous violent incidents from local Bodegas to large Supermarkets where EBT "beneficiaries" have gotten violent or gone nuts because their cards have no money on them anymore.
Other cities around the nation are also seeing enormous spikes in localized violent outbreaks.
