Detroit EMT is fired after she refused to save an eight-month-old baby who was struggling to breathe and died the next day

- A premature baby was struggling to breathe and she needed to do CPR
- But she refused to go into the family's house and parked nearby
- She was less than a mile away from the family's house where the baby lay
- The baby was taken to hospital by another EMT but died the next day
- Two internal investigations found she was wrong and she later lost her job
