Child Molestation Victim Gets Pregnant With Disabled Teen Brother’s Baby, Ordered Onto Sex Offender Registry

A Portland, Oregon child molestation victim was ordered placed upon the sexual offenders registry after the 25-year-old woman conceived a child with her disabled teenage brother. The teen brother reportedly has an IQ of 54.
The child molestation victim turned sex offender was reportedly raped by her mother’s boyfriend from the age of eight to 11. The 25-year-old Portland woman has not been named in order to protect the identity of her teenage brother. The woman was not ordered to serve prison time for getting pregnant with the disabled teen’s baby after she admitted to mentally abusing the youth.
Oregon law enforcement investigators report that the 25-year-old child molestation victim and her disabled teen brother “had sex” 10 times when they lived together in 2013 and 2014. Court filings revealed that the teenager was younger than 18 at the time of the intercourse, but did not give a specific age of the young man.
