Seeds Of Suicide: How 291,000 Indian Farmers Lost Their Lives Thanks To Monsanto

Over the last 20 years, 291,000 farmers in India, committed suicide as a direct result of Monsanto’s GMO seeds. Most of the farmers committed suicide by drinking the very same insecticide that Monsanto supplied them. But how did Monsanto wreck the lives of independent and traditional farmers?
Monsanto lead hundreds of thousands of farmers to suicide by giving them GMO seeds not bred for rain-fed agriculture, resulting in non-viable failed crops, getting them into debt, and eventually ruining their lives to such an extent that they killed themselves.
