Heartbreaking photo captures the moment a young charity worker gives a starving two-year-old boy water after he was left for dead by his family because they thought he was a WITCH

 

Hope, a two-year-old Nigerian boy, was shunned for eight months

Danish aid worker Anja Ringgren Loven found him wandering the streets

She fed him and gave him water before taking him to the hospital 

The boy was riddled with worms and severely deficient in red blood cells  

He is still in the hospital two weeks later but is in stable condition
