Angry homeowner brands cops 'thugs' after SWAT team blows his house apart looking for a gunman leaving him with $250,000 worth of damage

  • Leo Lech has been left with a huge insurance bill following the shootout
  • SWAT officers were trying to capture Robert Jonathan Seacat, 33, 
  • The gunman happened to run into Lech's house Wednesday 
  • Police corned him in the house and engaged in a 20-hour shootout  
  • Homeowner's insurance will pay for repairs, but he has lost belongings
