- The boy is accused of breaking into Shingle Creek Elementary School
- Police arrived on scene and asked the boy and two suspects to stop
- Two of the suspects complied with the police request but one did not
- Police then set the dog onto the boy leaving him with bite marks all over
- His attorney said 'excessive force' was used to subdue the teenager
- The teen spent two days in hospital and has to visit a doctor every week
- The boy's attorney did acknowledge that teen should not have been there
