Man, 23, jailed for 15 years for filming his boss set fire to a homeless man sleeping in the sidewalk outside their Brooklyn deli

• Lorenzo Fonerin was allegedly instructed by Suliman Ahmed to record him dousing the man with lighter fluid and dropping a box of lit matches on him 
• Fonerin threw water on man after passerbys woke him up  
• Tasheen Hand suffered severe burns over 30 percent of his body 
• He also had to be put in a medically induced coma for two weeks
