Two NYC corrections officers arrested by FBI agents for beating death of Rikers inmate

• Ronald Spear, 52, died in the early hours of December 19, 2012 after being repeatedly kicked in the head while lying face down and restrained
• He had been seriously ill with kidney disease and was assaulted after getting into fight with correction officer Brian Coll about seeing a doctor
• Coll, who is no longer a Rikers guard, and current correction officer Byron Taylor were arrested by the FBI on Wednesday
