Police Department That Killed Sandra Bland Just Tasered City Council Member For No Reason

A city councilman was just Tasered by police on Thursday during an incident that involved the very same deputy who arrested Sandra Bland.
Councilman Jonathan Miller was Tasered Thursday night in front of his Prairie View, Texas, house, when he was simply trying to observe what seemed to be an unlawful detention and arrest in his neighborhood.
