Talking to a group of rich white donors, Michigan Rick Snyder said, “A bit of lead isn’t going to make Flint residents anymore retarded than they already are. That wouldn’t be possible.
“They were doomed once they were born in that town, let’s be honest.”
The group of donors at an expensive breakfast in Ann Arbor laughed at the Governor’s joke, but regular Michigan residents were not amused.
