‘Natural Disasters’ are one thing … but ‘Man-Made Disasters’ are becoming an increasingly regular occurrence. The recent ‘unprecedented’ flooding across northern regions of the UK is no more ‘Natural’ than the debilitating flooding of the Somerset Levels in 2014!
Government papers released in 2001 revealed that the devastating Aug 1952 flash flooding of Lynmouth, North Devon was a result of a Cloud Seeding experiment, known as Project Cumulus.
