Flesh-Eating Street Drug Leaves Addicts Resembling Zombies [GRAPHIC VIDEO]
The use of the street drug known as Krokodil has become rampant among the youth in Russia, where the after effects of the horrific drug produces raw lesions, decaying skin, and grotesque sores all over the body. Users experience an effect similar to heroin, but the drug is three times cheaper to make.
According to Web MD, the active component of the drug is codeine, which is mixed with ingredients including gasoline, paint thinner, hydrochloric acid, iodine, and red phosphorous. The ingredients are readily available, leading many users to cook up the drug in their homes.
