Hello. My friends call me Berzurko and I will be exposing corrupt public officials who harm others by using their positions of power to rule over others. There are those who seem to enjoy acting outside of their scope of authority. They know that they will not be challenged by their peers and take advantage of the fact that there is no oversight.
They toy with people like a cat with a mouse, until the mouse dies. Wayne Wynkoop's tragic death by his own hand is a perfect example of how these global elitist slowly kill our fellow citizens. They worm their way in from local to federal positions, only to turn on their neighbors and destroy them like Norwood Township did to poor Wayne.The abuse of power and corruption is running rampant. The intentional harm perpetrated against Wayne is not a unique situation. Public officials routinely victimize countless other good Americans to further the global agenda.(And to enrich themselves and their cronies at the same time)
Most American's are busy just trying to survive this mad world that we find ourselves living in and do not have the energy or financial means to defend against the government. has Because they have endless access to tax dollars, they use these funds used to squash the little guy. Their voices need to be heard.
We at The Pretty Lie believe in the United States Constitution and we have created this blog so the victims of injustice have a platform to tell their tales of woe. Nothing is too unbelievable. Everyone involved in this blog project has directly faced evil and we know that they can and will get away with anything they can scheme up.The stories we have heard are both amazing and tragic and we can't believe that this is the America where we grew up.
We have been accused of being Anti-American. We most certainly are not. We are anti - corruption and we have come together to share information with others who have been abused and destroyed by our neighbors. They are parasites on the community. Norwood Township Planning Commission and the Wynkoop Pit

The new owner of the Wynkoop pit filed an application for special approval to operate a gravel pit.
The Planning Commissioned tabled it at their April Meeting without taking any action.
They held their May meeting last Monday, they voted to enter a "closed session" to discuss a letter from the Township Attorney. In closed session they passed a motion to schedule a public hearing for purposes of determining "whether or not Res Judicata and/or Collateral Estoppel applies".
In other words they are going to try to use this scam to drag the applicant along. Those doctrines apply to courts and judges, plaintiffs and defendants, not Planning Commissions.
The doctrines usually apply to previous actions between identical parties. This is an entirely new applicant.

I'm guessing that the Boyne City Gazette will be running the story next week.

In Charlevoix County, Prosecuting Attorney Allen Telgenhof has been shown to be a wife beater(and biter) and a check bouncer, among other things.He has no integrity, clearly evidenced by his campaign election law violations and the misuse of the county's credit card.
The Prosecutor
Back in 2011 the Prosecutor got himself into a bit of trouble. The details are important because the way he was treated by law enforcement and the court varies widely with the way Joe off the street would be treated.
On May 21, 2011, Telgenhof’s wife called 911 to report domestic violence on Allen Telgenhof.
His wife’s handwritten statement to the police:
“I was sitting on the livingroom couch and Al came in the living room accusing me of texting an old boyfriend on another telephone. He tackled me on the couch and held me down preventing me from getting my cell phone. He was reaching in my shirt and down in the couch trying to find a cell phone. I tried many, many times to get up and to scream, but Allen kept shoving his hand over my mouth to prevent me from screaming for help. I could not breath. When he would take his hand off my mouth, I would again scream and he put it back on again. He also bit me at least three times. I told him I wanted my phone to call 911 and he prevented me from doing that. He told me he knew the law and that as long as I wasn’t in the process of making a cell call that he would not be in trouble for not letting me have my phone to call 911. I tried to get the phone by kicking it toward me with my foot, but was unable. Many times I was unable to breath. He told me no one would help me. He finally let me up, but would not give me my cell phone to make a 911call. I finally used the house phone.” From the FOIA Request

We have recently been informed of some hokey activity at an election in Michigan, where the voters were not allowed to place their own ballots in the box. One person stuffed the box and the election was won by a very narrow margin. Those in charge of this vote then decided to destroy the ballots, making it impossible to do a recount. We are working on gathering the details before we say more on that topic.
Another example is Governor Rick Snyder, who proposed a gas tax increase. The voters overwhelmingly said no, so our governor implements these fees,anyhow. All officials involved in this highway robbery need to be recalled and prosecuted.
Snyder is also responsible for the easily avoidable lead poisoning of the citizens of Flint.

Michigan has just been graded an F and has been ranked at the bottom of all states for integrity. It is no wonder that we require over 50 billion dollars per year to run our state. The level of crony capitalism among our elected officials who are feathering their own nests and promoting their ulterior motives and personal agendas is appalling.
Many county and township governments do not have the legal authority to impose their corrupt policies on the citizens of our state.
This blog was created to expose the corruption in our courts and government. Our goal is to continue uniting true American patriots, who realize that the quickest road to communism is the loss of private property rights. As law abiding American citizens, it is our duty to rally together to defend the Constitution before it is too late. We are losing our freedom by the day and are in danger of losing our Republic. All republics fail when they lose control of their currency and that is where we are at today.
Time is of the essence. Americans true to their country need to raise their voices and become an unstoppable force. We have to demand that these liars adhere to the will of the people who they claim to be representing.

We literally have our blood, sweat and tears into this blog. Our goal is to post current events that we feel are important.
