Independent Films - T Patrick Murray - Shooting Stanley Kubrick
I can't work out whether this is faked or staged or real - it's sometimes so hard to winnow the chaff from the wheat - and the COB or Covert Operative Boys relish this dichotomy at your vast cultural and financial expense.
it claims to be the Final Interview With Stanley Kubrick three days before his death in May of 1999, where an aged and beardy Kubrick allegedly spills the beans about how he filmed the 1969 moon landing on the redundant set for his epic space film 2001. So, why would the USA fake the Appollo Missions if they had all that German missile technology from Project Paperclip etc.? Many have related such an event to the bankrupting of the Russian state via their competing space programme, but who knows? I mean, who really knows?
