HAARP "back in action" - Ownership transfer to Univ. of Alaska AND Humongous new one in Norway!

Here is the latest video (July 25) from Dutchsinse on his Youtube channel. It tells about the restarting of the Alaska Haarp facility and its transfer of ownership to the University of Alaska.
It also tells about a new absolutely humongous Haarp-type antenna array in Norway which dwarfs the one in Alaska. It must be seen (artist's conception) to be believed; it has over 100,000 individual antenna elements!
